I have been getting all my cakes from here since they open. The baker is a wonderful person he always treated me with respect. I kept going here for my cake because of him and I have recommended MANY MANY PEOPLE to them. I have to say I will not return to Say it with cakes because of the horrible treatment I have received the last two time I went there to place my cake orders. The women with the short white grey hair with the purple streaks in her hair is rude and dismissive. She has runed this place for me and family and friends. If I am there to spend money in your place you need to treat me like you want my business and not like a incoveice. I support small business in my community but I do expect to be treat like they appreciate me spening my hard earned money in your store. This women no matter if you are the owner or just staff you need CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINNING BECAUSE your attitude will cost that fine baker his business. In addition I had second thoughts in placing this review, but then I read the other reviews and realized that I am not the only one. The way you have responded to your CUSTOMERS reviews is flipped and show no regard for people's conserns. I think i can say with some certainty that the same women that treated me horribly is the same person that wrote this response. My message to this women is your are not perfect and you are no princess. MOST SMALL BUSINESSES FAIL IN THE FIRST FIVES & It is easier to keep loyalty CUSTOMER then it is to just look for new ones....

We had such a great experience at Cake Gurus! We had ordered a cake from another place and gave them a picture of the design we wanted. But when we picked it up, it looked nothing like the photo. The colors were wrong, the design was wrong, and it just didn’t look good at all.

We were in a rush because we needed a cake for a birthday party in just a couple of hours. We went to Cake Gurus and told them what happened. Right away, the owner was super kind, helpful, and understanding. She looked at the picture of the cake we originally wanted and said she could do it. She made a brand new cake in just 30 minutes!

Not only was the cake ready fast, but it looked exactly like the picture we showed her. The colors were perfect, the design was spot on, and the photo on the cake was super clear. The quality was amazing and you’d never guess it was made so last minute.

The taste? Even better. The cake was soft, fresh, and so delicious. Everyone at the party loved it and kept asking where we got it from. It wasn’t just a beautiful cake it was one of the best tasting cakes we’ve had!

The store is beautiful, the owner is so friendly, and the staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. She helped us during a really stressful time and made everything so easy. We are so thankful for her!

Worst experience ever!! Very bad customer service. I did order cupcakes yesterday and a guy over the phone said you can pu tomorrow by noon. He said we are close tomm but we do some order if somebody wants so you can come by noon. It was for my daughter’s bdy celebration in daycare. When i reach at the shop by 12 it was closed and i call them many times nobody pickup the call . I stayed there for 20 minutes and then again came back around 12.40. Still shop was closed and nobody answer the phone. I can understand if you are closed. But do not make any commitment just say you cannot do it. I didn’t force you to come. I call you before and you guys confirm it. I was so busy the whole day. And i have to find another bakery to get the cupcakes. It messes my whole schedule. That was so rude.
