After a long work day we decided to take a walk and order something fast, and a healthier choice option and for the, " quality ", Wendy's boasts about we went with that tonight. I'm NOT to sure what's happening with and to this location over the years, but I would strongly recommend to avoid it if you want to keep your stomach and 🍑 intact and out of the washroom and that being your destination after eating or worse!! First, there wasn't a clean table or area to sit at and the store was empty. Your shoes stick to the floor when you walk around due to all the spills and pop on the floor. I politely tried to break the lengthy socials of the employees and including their manager, whom were all sitting on the food prep counters and backs to the guests in the store. Finally asked the manager and one other employee if we could please have a table wiped so we could sit down. The employee replied, are you being serious, then rolled his eyes. Second, the fountain drinks were out of C02, and we tried both machines. My husband again went to the manager and asked if she could please change the tank, or if she could please perhaps pour one from the machine at drive thru. Her reply was all the machines run off the same C02 and she didn't know how to change it and no she wouldn't be doing it. She then continued her social time and sat back on the counter. Third, our food was ready and we sat down to eat. I took a bite of the chicken and it was still frozen. I said, OMG I don't really want to go back up but I don't want to get sick either. So I approached again, the employee took it after I explained and walked away. I was like ummm okay so I called the manager over and she replied, what you want fresh ones? I said well yes obviously please as I do need to eat and we did come here for that reason. Lastly, the food inspector should visit this one location, for everyone's sake!! Fast forward today, 1 week later when my wife goes in to get the complimentary meals. The manager working implies that my wife is lying, and that she was the same manager from the 15th, but that no call was ever received nor promise of credit made.. At this point embarrassing my wife in front of all the other customers. I come in with call logs proving the call the call was made, and she continues to imply we are lying.
At this point she has offered 2 meals just to make us shut up, but they're the ones that messed up, and are basically stealing from us as our meals that were messed up weren't edible due to egg allergies etc.. So all that we ate of them were the fries and the chilli on a near $40 food order.
It's pathetic they wouldn't honor their mistake, even after we had called in and were told they would. Only to show up and be embarrassed as if my family is some type of low life scammers!!.. We saved face and left with nothing, cause we aren't scammers and it was more about getting corrected what was owed!!
I don't know if manager "Mande" was lying about working that day or not, she said she'd be the only one to get the call, and has no memory of it. If someone else answered and made a promise that wasn't allowed that's between her and...

I drove to collect two online skip orders and she, completely unprovoked, rudely tells me to tell about the order at the speaker instead of driving up, which is generally not the preference for most restaurants.
Then I told her ok. I told her the order numbers and she tells me, which much conviction, there are no such orders placed at this restaurant, implying through her tone that I have made a mistake and have arrived at the wrong restaurant, but it was clearly this place.
I confirmed the restaurant address and she’s like this is it but no orders have been placed there.
I even showed her my skip screen. And she still said no orders are placed here while being very rude and angry and disrespectful and I have no idea what I did to warrant such harsh and abrupt behaviour — this is absurd, bizarre, and surreal, and makes zero sense.
I literally just drove up to collect the order.
Then she tells me to immediately get out of the drive through, and park “over there” and won’t let me discuss anything.
I told her to check on her skip tablet and again she rudely goes we don’t have any tablets here please leave.
Lastly, before leaving I confronted her about how rude she is and she again tells me to ‘park’ elsewhere and cancel the orders (as if I placed them and have the authority to cancel them).
I pulled over to a nearby area and the orders indeed were placed there.
