I don't write reviews too often but I feel I need to give a bit of recognition to this company and this specific location. I visited this location nearly everyday for a couple months in a row. When I wasn’t able to go my brother would go in my place. The staff were always so pleasant, offered suggestions and always happily fulfilled our special requests. The manager was no different, in fact he remembered me and put me and my brother together on his own. I always felt welcomed even when I went in looking tired and haggard. Read moreI've been to this Booster Juice a number of times and the service hasn't ever been anything beyond 'okay', however today I had a very poor experience.
I walked into the store and immediately a younger male staff member looked at me and said "we can't have anymore people in the store, so you need to leave".
While I understand that there are Covid protocols in place, this staff member may as well have told me to get the F out based on the way he spoke to me. Rather than directing me with what he wanted me to do, (wait outside until the next person leaves, etc.) he just told me to leave - which is exactly what I did do.
This visit put a very sour taste in my mouth. Hopefully management can recognize a coaching opportunity...

It felt a bit excessive, especially since I observed other customers being served more quickly and efficiently. The menu is also a bit far from the cashier, making it inconvenient to see the product names. I found the cashier's attitude to be less friendly and welcoming than I would have hoped. A warmer, more attentive approach would greatly improve the atmosphere and make customers feel more valued.
