If I could give zero stars on this location I would. My wife and I have been here only a few times as we are new from out of Province. The staff here are not friendly and they mess up our order all the time. And while standing right there we try to correct them but we are met with terrible customer service and are forced to take the $10 drinks that aren't what we ordered. We leave highly disappointed every time. Speaking with the manager is useless. The manager told my wife, 'maybe you'll have better luck at a different location in airdrie'. Are you kidding me? How in the world did you ever become a manager of anything? This is a terrible location compared to the service we have in our home province. We were regulars at our neighborhood Starbucks and spent a whole lot of money there every week. We are not unreasonable people to get along with. But I will not tolerate being told off by a 20 something barista while spending outrageous amounts of money for something I didn't order. Customer service is everything. When I spend as much money as I do here, I definitely want our drinks...
Ā Ā Ā Read moremyself and a friend went to this starbucks today and were very displeased with the service. upon walking up to order, we were forced to wait a minute or two for the baristas to finish their conversation which was clearly not even work related, and as we ordered, the cashier seemed very unfocused on us as the other barista was still conversing over the headsets they wear. after ordering and paying, we had to wait a solid 10 minutes for our two drinks. upon recieving my drink, i realized it had dairy milk instead of the coconut milk i ordered. when i brought it back up to mention this, i was rudely told i didnāt order coconut milk, although i always order the same drink from starbucks and know i did. i told them i could pay for another drink just to get my coconut milk, but was rudely told it was fine. the barista then made me a new drink, clearly very annoyed. i was very uncomfortable and wonāt be going back. clearly the baristas arenāt trained as well as the other starbucksā iāve been to, and donāt know the value of...

She greets every customer warmly and genuinelyānot because itās her job, but because she truly wants people to feel welcome. When I was waiting for my order, she acknowledged me right away and explained the prep time (since Iced London Fogs need to steep before being iced). She even thought ahead to ask if I needed a tray and a drink cover to prevent spills.
What impressed me most was how she asked about my day with authentic care, all while keeping up an incredible pace and efficiency despite the high volume of orders. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail left me in awe.
Also, a special shout-out to Adonis, who somehow understood exactly what I was trying to order with only vague (and not very helpful) clues from me. He was so courteous and kind throughout the process.
Together, Darby and Adonis made this one of the best Starbucks experiences...
