Tried first time dine in after seeing reviews.total disappointed with food quantity.Did not expect such a less quantity of food for paying 14$for a vegetarian shahi paneer dish. For paying bill stood almost 10 mins. The lady in the front desk was careless, just takes orders on phone for take out doesnot care even If people who dined in wants to pay.Looks like she needs only takeout orders doesnot bother on people who come for dine in.overall first time experience was not at all satisfactory .

Who are you and you donot have any right to say that I cannot share a dish .no need for your free advice .I paid for the dish it's not free.Look at your response how careless about customers. By the way not 1 dish only , my bill is 27$ with shahi panner, 2 garlic naan,1 normal lassi which you Mr attitude owner charged mango lassi and has given normal one not even informed when I ordered about the charge. which is waste of money.not required your suggestion such an arrogant behaviour owner i know where to go when paying 27$ .This might be less for you but not for me paying for one dish and lassi which is waste of time waiting more than 30 mins in dine in with only 2 tables filled not even busy.if doesnot even know how to reply customers take some training and even provide your staff as well.I can understand poor you with this attitude. check yourself how much you charge for how much quantity you serve and lying to customer in charging mango lassi which you didnot even serve. before you suggest someone in choosing restaurants check yourself on your poor customer service skill.First time has become last time and who knows with this attitude of yours every customer will feel same in future.Good...
Read moreSurprised me, this was the best Indian I've ever had. The whole meal, all the details, right down to the butter naan was just perfect. And the place was clean and spotless, which, is often a mixed bag at most Indian places. This is a place you can feel safe to take your judgmental mother in law; there's nothing to nit-pick.
I loved the decor, it was bright and sharp, it's the only time I've ever been in Airdrie when it didn't feel like I was still in Airdrie. Didn't feel Indian either, felt... ceremonial. Like I crashed someone's simple wedding. Lots of white and glass. It felt like I was teleported onto a spaceship and that at any moment the pretty floating bowling pin robot from Wall-E was going to hover over to my table to take my order. Mildly disappointing to be served by a human, but he was very polite, checked back often and refilled without having to ask or flag him down. Just did his job so I could do my job... keep eating.
I was too lazy to make decisions, so he made excellent suggestions and I tried things I'd never had before - all of which were fantastic. If you were new to Indian food you wouldn't feel lost at all. Food was tidy, not sloppy. Fresh, not mush. Everything in the dish had its own flavor, texture, and firmness - not just glopped out of a low-effort pot that had been sitting all day. If you know the difference between decent Indian food and good Indian food, this was good Indian food. Nothing was mediocre.
If you're curious, make some time to give the place a try. I see I'm not even among first several dozen to drop a...
