Walked into Airdrie Little Caesar's at approx 9:45pm, gave my order at the counter, the lady told me the amount owing. I proceeded to hand her cash, she then said to me we can't take cash we've already counted the till, then proceeded to push the debit machine towards me even though I said I only have cash. She reiterated they can't take cash now it's too late. I didn't want to go into it further though knowing this will be the last time I come here. Ironically 2 mins later a customer came in, after giving his order, was going to pay with cash she said the same thing to him, he was a younger kid said he has no money in his account this is all he has and that he is hungry. She mentioned it again before a gentleman came from the back said something to her and she took the cash. Now I'm happy she did that for him however if your going to end up doing it anyways why put a customer through all that, what happened to customer service? Not very difficult to redo your cashout rather than make a customers experience a...
Read moreI don't know if this place changed owners or what... Signage inside, including prices are the same, they just changed the size from lg to medium. The pizza is disgusting now. A lg veggie and a lg pepperoni now cost over 31 dollars and it tastes awful. The pepperoni was ok but the veggie had sliced tomatoes instead of diced, and were a mushy mess. It had almost no cheese on it and very little veggie. They may have had mushrooms going bad because it tasted mostly like mushrooms and only had a small scattering of anything else. Except the wet, undercooked, mushy tomatoes. And I like tomatoes but this was just gross. I will never set foot in that Little Ceasars again. If I want to pay that much for pizza, I'll call Pizza Hut, which has better pizza anyway. The new owners need to understand why LC is popular. Until now, it has always been cheap, but very good pizza. Not anymore. I talked to the person who rang me up about this but he just kept looking at me with a stupid smile on his face. And yes, he...
Read moreI am not eating meat, eggs or dairy so I ordered my plain pizza and crazy bread without cheese. The manager (and, I'm guessing, owner) kind of chuckled at my request, which, I admitted, sounded strange. When he told me my total I was surprised and asked "for both?" He said that the charge (under $6) was accurate, and that cheese is expensive.
I was so happy! Vegan options are never cheaper to buy at restaurants even though they save the restaurant money/resources. Extra cheese on anything anywhere costs extra; this was he first time in months where asking for no cheese on a pizza resulted in a decrease in price. This is how to run a business. I also asked for extra sauce and it did (asking for extra sauce at other places can be hit or miss, even from the same place but on different days).
If you are lactose intolerant, plant based/vegan, or just really broke, this is the...
