OPA! of Greece Airdrie Crossing — Restaurant in Airdrie

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. THE STAFFS ARE RUDE AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS. I purchased pita wrap with fries and calamari. When I got home, the fries are not crispy and seems like it was not properly cooked. The calamari was bland and I can tell by the color that there was no seasoning put on it. I was so disappointed because I always order calamari from this location and this is the first time that I was not satisfied. I called the store to let them know and a lady manager named Raman spoke with me, told her what happened but she insisted that there was seasoning put on the calamari, it could have been less and advise me that if I were to order next time, mention that I want extra seasoning. I never mention to put extra seasoning everytime I order and I never had any issues before. Then, upon hearing of my disappointment, she offered to replace the calamari, however, it was worse because I was not able to eat it because it was extremely salty. It just went to the trash. We are regulars at this location and always order the Greek salad with a chicken skewer - which shows on the menu as coming with a pita. We got the salad and skewer with no pita and when I asked where it was, the lady told me I asked for salad and chicken skewer and not a pita. I told her again that I ordered what was on the menu and she said that’s not what I asked for. I then said I wanted a pita so we were charged an additional $2 for the pita. I was very disappointed that I had to ask Multiple times and was continually told that I didn’t ask for one, even though on the menu it shows the dinner with a pita. Very poor...

Went here not long after they opened and ordered calamari and salad like usual and they deep fried a bag/portion of calamari as usual and when they went to put it into my container they didnt put everything in! As the staff was putting my container in a plastic bag, I saw the stainless bowl was still half-filled with calamari! When I checked my order inside the car, there were a few pieces of calamari and fried clumped flour. Wasnt worth the money I paid!! The one in Sierra springs never does that.
