Such a big disappointment to stop-by to your Starbucks branch NW Airdrie. Employees are USELESS! These people really needs to be re-trained! They are lacking in EVERYTHING- CUSTOMER SERVICE, TEAMWORK and COORDINATION. Do not give us the reason of having “BACKLOGGED” because admit it or not you didn’t coordinate well. The guy who ringed our kids order at 2PM were being sent to the drive-thru counter and nobody care to do our order and totally forget it. 45mins total for 4 drinks (2 hot coffee and 2 cold beverages) and 2 ham+cheese and 1 turkey sandwiches and 2 cake pops, seriously??? This is insane! We understand the urgency of job, really, because we are working in a service -oriented company too, but we follow up 2x coz no ones attending to the orders. Until my husband stepped in and spoke to one of the employees and finally get the order, again, after 45mins. So much time wasted just for a coffee break heading to Lloydminster! I love this location the most out of all the airdrie locations. I may just be biased as I used to come through the drive thru every morning for almost 2 years while i worked in the area lol. But their drinks always seem to be made and taste the best out of all the locations. The staff is so genuine and fun. They all knew my name & my order when i'd come in (Yeah, yeah, it's an addiction and kinda sad they all knew me... I could be addicted to far worse things lol) At first, I couldn't get a read on the Manager, Jason, but it soon learned he's a super nice dude who's just very sarcastic and blunt. Don't be intimidated by him like I was. Ravi is a ray of sunshine and I looked forward to seeing her first thing in the morning. Even when I looked like death she still managed to compliment me on something and make my entire day. Maddie was also the cutest little thing ever and I loved coming in when she was working. AND can't forget Issy! (again biased as she is one of my good friends daughter) but she would always make my day as well with how sweet and genuine she is!!!!

So normally I'm not someone to leave reviews, but what happened was absolutely disgusting in my opinion. I went through the drive thru and asked for what I normally get, a white mocha frappuccino with extra whip. I get up to the window and pay, and that's when I realized that they most likely didn't hear me when I said frappuccino. I apologize for the mix up (I hate a lot of confrontation, as well as I just apologize for everything) and the barista went to fix it. Honestly, he was the only good thing about this place. Then, someone who seemed to be in a manager position came over and slammed the window open, saying that I'm the one in the wrong because they heard latte. I would have thought nothing of it if it weren't for her rude behavior and tone of voice. Though this isn't the first time they messed up my order, this certainly is the first time I was treated in such an unprofessional manner.
