Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ajax

So the last time I tried Pizza pizza was more than 2 years ago. From this location i got pizzas 2 different times and both times the MEAT WAS UNCOOKED. I was in disbelief. My family tried the next closest location in Ajax, again the meat was uncooked. MEAT BEING UNCOOKED is the worst of the worst when it comes to food the fact that it happened 3 times was unimaginable. At this point I fully gave up on trying pizza pizza ever again. Whoever owns these two locations do not give a damn about quality or food safety but that is too obvious. Now fast forward to this picture taken today, asked for a bbq drizzle and they poured a pool of it. I opened the box and was instantly in shock. This is literally not edible. Soaked and drenched fully in bbq sauce all you can taste is the bbq sauce. There is zero quality. The fact that nothing has changed in 2 years says a-lot. Shut these locations down if you don’t want to get sued at some point i promise you it is coming. I called in customer service put of frustration and apparently their system is running behind and they cant find my order. Regardless im walking in tomorrow to get my refund and chase all the walking in customer. I will do this for the people. These 2 locations really do not care about quality or health safety. NEVER EVER TRYING PIZZA...

I visited this Pizza Pizza on February 22, 2025, at 7:40 PM with my two young children and experienced exceptionally poor customer service. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed for a busy Saturday evening, as no one was available to take orders for the first five minutes. When an employee finally arrived, his demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional.

Rather than taking my full order, he repeatedly walked away after each item was mentioned, requiring me to call him back multiple times. When I informed him that I had additional items to order, he became visibly frustrated, raised his voice, and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him simply by placing an order. What was most concerning, however, was that he proceeded to the back of the store and spoke negatively about me to his colleagues in another language, not realizing that I understood what was being said.

To add to the disappointment, the food was undercooked. During my 15-20 minutes in the store, I noticed other customers facing similar issues with service. This experience was entirely unacceptable, and I strongly encourage management to address staff training and professionalism. I will not be returning and would advise others to consider alternative...

Tuesday Around 12:40 midnight after my work I walk in in this pizza pizza store, When I enter the store the driver is mopping the floor , i greeted him , even the the cook in the make line , making an order, so he stop making the order and he assist me , he took my order and I give cash money after that he went back to the kitchen and start making the order, so I told him, excuse me my friend , you didn’t wash your hand , and your start making the pizza, he answered me back , it’s ok it’s not your pizza, so I told him. I know it’s not my pizza, but as a cook you should what you have to do first, wash your hand before you go back to the kitchen, you touch the money a bill and coins, and he told me it’s ok when I’m gonna make your pizza I will wash my hand, So I step outside to grab my phone inside my car but I’m still watching him if he is going to wash his hand, but unfortunately he didn’t wash his hand, seriously, how come you pass the training of food handlling, you dont need to make any excuses… the important is, you should practice the guideline of pizza pizza , specially you are the cook…you should be more aware , very disappointed with the cook,,, I ended up throwing the pizza...
