I come to the mall for this place, however I will not ever be back. Was there yesterday and the container was half full. He put a little bit of salad in the container and then put half of it back. He counted the veggies on the salad, never asked if I wanted all the veggies (I have alergies, luckily not deadly). He half dumped the scoop of dressing a cheese before putting it on my salad as well. I got one okayish scoop of rice. He picked 3 of the smallest potatoes, moved big ones to grab smaller ones, makes no sense you are going to eventually sell all the potatoes no? The other employee served the person behind me the same way, they also saw the extreme cut backs. I was here a month ago and the container barely closed, this time I could see the bottom of the container. My partner got food somewhere else and had to hold his container closed, it was also $7 cheaper and he got a drink.... It's now $24 for one meal and they are cutting the portion size in half. It's unfortunate that I'm losing my favorite place to eat at the mall but I wont support a place like this. Makes sense why there's lines everywhere else and not here, guess I'll be joining everyone else in the...
Read moreI ordered my food and pay it but their machine suddenly slow down. The east Indian guy reboot the system and did not wait for my transaction to complete. I asked them of I am not gonna be double charge and they said no. After reboot process of the machine the guy handed me the machine and while I’m about to tap my card I asked them again “for sure I’m not going to be double charge” and suddenly the guy become rude. He told me I told you 3X and you will not and I said you did not say 3X then he put away my food and said I’m not serving you, you should go.
This is an incident of discrimination and rudeness. He is in the customer service work but his attitude is I’m not sure what should I call. Not going there anymore and I don’t recommend to you guys but it’s your...
Read moreSunday, March 18th. My boyfriend took me to Crossiron Mall to go shopping. We had a wonderful time at the mall. By lunchtime, we went to the food court in Crossiron Mall. I had the Greek food at Jimmy the Greek. It was a small fast food restaurant. There are only two locations in Calgary. It was my first time having food in this place. I have ordered Calamari Meals, which included Calamari, Greek Salad, Rice, and roasted potatoes. The price of the food was around $12.50. The food came out the kitchen, was fast. The food was fresh and well cooked with a large portion. With the dressing, the taste of the food was awesome. The calamari was very fresh. I had a great experience at Crossiron Mall...
