I've visited this restaurant multiple times, both before and after the recent menu update in August 2025, and every single experience has been a pleasure. The environment is always clean and welcoming, and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive. Plus, the free parking is a bonus! My recent visits have been focused on the new menu, and I was especially impressed by the Mushroom Swiss Burger. The brioche bun was so light and delicious that my daughter stole half of it! :))) The Mushroom Ravioli (Ravioli ai Funghi) was also a standout—the sauce was creamy and rich, and the two pieces of garlic bread that came with it were perfect for soaking it all up. The appetizers here are a must-try. My favorite is the Lemon Pepper Calamari, which has a special cut and a wonderfully light batter. The Steamed Mussels Italiano with garlic bread was also excellent. From the old menu, I enjoyed their steak (the portion was so big I couldn't finish it!) and my daughter loved the kids cheeseburger. Unfortunately, I've been so full every time that I haven't gotten to try a dessert, but the Sticky Toffee Pudding sounds very tempting! Also, my brother ordered the Beet Salad, and it was incredibly eye-catching, so that's definitely on my list for next time. Overall, we have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. While I'm not sure if you would travel all the way from the heart of Edmonton to the airport just for the experience, if you're staying at the hotel, you should absolutely take advantage of the opportunity and enjoy their all-day service.

We recently dined at Ric's Lounge & Grill with family and friends, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm and welcoming. We had heard about their newly launched menu and were genuinely excited to try it , and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. I ordered the Ravioli Truffle, and it was nothing short of perfection — authentic Italian pasta at its finest. Each bite was rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every member of our group thoroughly enjoyed their meals, and we all agreed that this was some of the best food we've had in Edmonton. A heartfelt thank you to the chef and the entire team for their dedication to quality and service. We look forward to returning soon!

Last week, I discovered a true gem in the city Ric’s Lounge & Grill. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the warm, inviting ambiance and stylish décor. The setting was perfect for a cozy, relaxing evening. I decided to try the Chef’s Special Seafood Fettuccine, and it was a standout. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the seafood fresh and flavorful, and the sauce—simply divine. Each bite was a burst of rich, savory goodness that lingered delightfully on the palate. What truly made the experience memorable was the seamless blend of exceptional food and a great atmosphere. This is the kind of place that draws you back. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning soon to explore more of their menu.

We recently had the pleasure of dinner at Ric’s Lounge and Grill, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The restaurant offers a sophisticated yet inviting ambiance, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The warm lighting, elegant decor, and relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal spot for both casual outings and special occasions.

The service was impeccable—every staff member was courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing a great dining experience.

One dish that truly stood out was the Prawn Carbonara on special, which I had the pleasure of trying last week. The presentation was nothing short of exquisite, with every element carefully plated to enhance its visual appeal. But it was the taste that truly left a lasting impression—each bite was a perfect balance of rich, creamy sauce and delicate, al dente pasta. The prawns were cooked to perfection, adding a wonderful depth of flavor to the dish. Having dined at many renowned Italian restaurants, I can confidently say that this Prawn Carbonara was in a league of its own—worthy of a fine-dining star chef’s creation.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Ric’s Lounge and Grill for their exceptional hospitality and to the chef for delivering such an incredible culinary experience. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their delicious offerings.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience...

We were passing through from BC and we stopped here to try and eat. We walked in, and thought wow it’s beautiful in here- two people were behind the bar talking, doing cash counting, didn’t acknowledge us at all- “ hey folks come on in have a seat where ever you’d like - will be right with you” then about 3 minutes later a girl comes over with the most miserable look, Says how’s it going- with the lowest level of energy in her voice and puts the menus down and walks away- so how about telling us about your food & drink specials? What about your soup of the day? This was so unacceptable, and so unprofessional. After the lack of happiness and acknowledgement. We left. There’s a reason the place is empty at 4pm on a Saturday. This place could be saved with a simple fix… get a better server in there. Horrible experience & didn’t even spend 10...
