I understand that they had many Young men in their store all at once. It was our football team. But there was no need for what happened. I informed the young girl of my gluten allergy, she immediately changed her gloves and grabbed my gluten free bread. As she was going to make my sandwich. The man that I am assuming was the manager/owner stepped in and passed my bread to the next young man that had no clue what I’d ordered. I had to repeat my order not 4 times but 5. It was a turkey, bacon and avacado. The manager/owner kept grabbing and touching the multitude of sandwiches moving them around like magic cups between the sandwich artisans. I spoke up several times to mind the cross contamination, as did my son, to which they kept changing their gloves. Which is fantastic. But the owner was extremely rude and demeaning to his workers as well as inattentive to customers instructions to what they wanted on their sandwich. In the end. I did not get what I wanted. My sandwich was cross contaminated and I ended up sick. (Feels like broken glass in my intestines.) Being someone that is in customer service. Read moreI don’t have a problem with this place, the food is okay SOME of the workers are nice people very respectful with the customer, giving a great services etc, but something I didn’t like about was the girls attitude this is the second time a go to that subway and I don’t know if the girl always has that attitude, but her attitude was like making any customers to have a bad service, by the time she commit a mistake she doesn’t looked at the customer for apologies for what she did, if it wasn’t for those two guys who, at least tried to gave the customer a great service.
Well, I don’t know if the girl it’s a new hire, but if she is, I totally understand it. It was kind of busy a lot of people ordering I’ve been through that by the time I used to work on a restaurant it’s fine, but if she’s not I’ll probably be very disappointing of how she’s giving service to their customers. Read moreI've never had a good experience at this subway. Every other subway I go to puts on a regular amount of red onion when I ask for it, I'm lucky to get 4 tiny slivers without asking for more. The last time I tried to go here, I opened the door at 10:05pm and was rudely told that they were closed for the night. Their sign states they are open until 11pm but the lazy man behind the counter looked up from his phone, refused service, then stood up and locked the door. Absolutely will not return to this location, the other one in Okotoks has great service and the people there are a million times nicer than the rude degenerates that work...
