Wish I could give them negative stars. Placed an order on a Friday night through door dash that would never be delivered.

I've been a regular customer at tom and Jerrys for years and have visited both their Newmarket and Aurora locations, not the best food but it's a good option for my family who eats out allot. On this particular night we placed an order through a delivery app and all was well until my delivery driver arrived and was met by a disgruntled "manager" demanding and yelling at the driver that the order was $10 more than the total we had paid, when we asked to speak to the manager he was just as rude to us saying saying we could remove food from our order or pay more. It was never made clear why all of a sudden our order was more expensive but his rude and aggressive behaviour towards our delivery driver prompted us to just cancel the order.

I'm honestly appalled by how a "manager" handled this situation and acted towards customers and delivery personnel. Completely unacceptable. My family will not be customers of tom and Jerrys in the future, this type of customer care is...

I am not leaving a review for the food because, unfortunately, I never had a chance to experience it. I will never be back to experience the food because my experience with the service was horrendous. I stopped by to watch the Leafs playoff game. I was given my bill half way through the 3rd period and asked how I wanted to pay (not did I want another one). The Leafs scored in the third and the game went into overtime. I did not get to see the overtime period because I was told, in no uncertain terms, that they were closing and going home and that I would have to leave ! Understand now why the bar was so empty on a playoff game night ! Go Leafs Go...just not...

Stopped in on our way home from a job. So glad we did. The place was small, inviting & clean.

The waitress was great, and on the ball. She diligently verified our vaccine passport and sat us down. 👍🏾👍🏾 Two thumbs up for that. Thank you!

We ordered fish tacos and a hamburger. The fries that came with the hamburger were great! The Caesar salad that I had with my fish tacos was perfect, amazing Caesar dressing AND just the right amount!!
