Sooo happy I found this hidden gem by chance on our last day in Banff. The restaurant is located in an industrial area of Banff (may look sketchy for some people and off the tourists' attractions) but the food there is amazing. We had the doritos chicken burger and 1 pound of wings.
The doritos chicken burger was very good. The meat was so big, it was overflowing from the bread (have you ever eaten a burger with the patty/meat being bigger than the bread? I never did!). The doritos taste was light but just tasty enough to give a special kick to the burger. The chicken was perfectly fried and crunchy.
For the chicken wings, they have 69 different flavours (you get to choose 1 flavour/pound of wings). We went for the Montreal Canadiens sauce (which we were told to be honey garlic, maple syrup and sriracha, for a sweet and [very mildly] spicy taste). I've never liked chicken wings as I always thought they are rip off, but these ones are HUGE, FRIED and SO TASTY.
We highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who visits Banff and likes fried chicken. So far the best we've ever had, and the prices are very fair. The cashier was also very nice and friendly which made the whole experience perfect. Definitely will come back if we ever visit...

My only regret in regards to this place is it taking me 2 years to discover it!
As a local I barely ever order out, personally I find the food in Banff overpriced and mundane considering the price tag (in exception of Arashi Ramen).
This place is great as its price point is just right: it doesn't feel like too much of an extravagance to eat there, while the food is tasty enough that it seems worth driving out out of town to the industrial estate to pick-up (where it is located).
They also deliver but I haven't used that service before.
Don't expect anything too flash, they do exactly what they advertise: fried chicken and burgers. But, oh man, are they good!
It's a cafe/diner style eating area (don't expect table service).
They have catered for my Vegetarian partner in the past too. She said it was mediocre, but I suppose that's what you'd expect from a chicken shop.
The two Asian girls that have been there when I've gone in have always been cheery, professional and quick to serve up the...
Read moreJUNK! We ordered 3 pounds of mixed wings on a Thursday afternoon (non-busy time).....2 of them were to be "dry rub" and 1 "hot garlic" (sauced).....they were ALL heavily breaded/battered and the meat itself was highly underseasoned.
Simply sprinkling Cajun spice on top of thick breaded wings does not make for a tasty Cajun Wing experience.
The Hot Garlic sauce on breaded wings was just a sloppy mess......very reminiscent of Wings Up! Restaurants in Ontario (which is only marginally better).
Fries were bland....missing the mark on what identifies as "French fries."
Part of these concerns stem from the fact the order was delivered (which was pretty much close to on time---even though the reported delivery time was "between 2:20 pm and 8:00 pm")...but we can't imagine the in-house experience is much better.
It's hard to imagine how this place ranks as one of the best wing restaurants in Banff.......or to even to refer to themselves as a "wing" specialty restaurant at...
