Such a Hidden Gem!Amazing Coffee & Lovely People This is a takeout-only spot, but totally worth it!. Definitely a must-try! We stopped by this coffee shop and was honestly blown away. They roast and grind their own beans (you can smell the freshness the moment you walk in!) and the coffee was incredible—so rich and flavorful.

The people here are just as warm as the coffee. The owners were incredibly sweet and welcoming and the lady who made my coffee was too sweet . You can tell they really care about what they do.

Martin and the Banff Roasting Company are the coolest! We popped in for a quick visit on a Saturday afternoon and had a really awesome conversations about coffee roasting, their selection process and flavor profiles.

I used to work in winemaking in Niagara so I really appreciated the opportunity to learn about coffee harvesting, sorting and so much more.

Martin offered us an Americano on the house, as well as an insight into his many years of industry knowledge.

I came here on my last day to buy some beans and had a lovely experience. It is a small-but-mighty place decorated with lots of charming and vintage objects. I had a pleasant conversation with one of the owners about his inspiration for moving to Banff and opening this business.
