Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in Barrie

I’ve ordered here multiple times and every single time they do not read the notes or get something wrong. Normally I would just go on the Uber app and get it fixed but it’s happened so many times at this particular Mary Browns, that I don’t think this place is getting the hint that they need take care of the orders properly.

I would say there’s not enough spicy mayo on this sandwich and an easy fix would be for me to write “please add extra spicy mayo” in the notes, however it doesn’t really matter because they don’t even read them.

One of the times I’ve ordered they gave me a banana pudding instead of the chocolate cake. Another time I ordered a chocolate cake and cookie and it wasn’t even in the bag!

And if you ask for utensils they only give napkins, even if you’re ordering a cake or salad they don’t give forks. Even if you click the utensils button they don’t give them.

It’s such a shame because Mary browns food is really good but the service is...

I ordered here for delivery and this missed 50% of my order and instructions. I had a terrible experience because when I called them noone would pickup. These guys charged me money and didnt even give me items I was suppose to get, when did fast food allow themselves to be such scam centers? Are the people working there just incapable of looking and meeting the requirements, cause missing out on special instructions is one thing but my entire order? Do not go here, they wont pickup your call once they screw it up. Canadian standards of fastfood is ridiculous right now, just order at a better establishment like popeyes or KFC, may not be canadian but at least they have a standard in place to help people that dont...

Did we get lucky or what.. popped in to grab some chicken, and we found out they have a grand opening special of $4.99 for 2 pcs and taters. We caught it just in time We asked for spicy pieces, and the pieces were big, tasty, too. Not one bit greasy, which we loved. Of course, with this deal, we didn't bother trying others on the menu, but we're hoping to go back. Cashier was a little rude, but whatever. Everyone else was amazing. They even brought our order out, which was nice . I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was
