Subway — Restaurant in Barrie

Update: The exact sub and bread I wanted could have been ordered via uber eats for this location. Please educate your employees better as I was not in the wrong Been coming here for last few years, always order the same thing and never had an issue till today. Even the other employee there was trying to tell said employee that was arguing with me that it was how they usually did it. I tried to ask if he could just make it how I requested and give me the contact info for the supervisor as multiple employees have served me the same sandwhich with zero question or grief. He proceeded to give me more attitude and then cut my bread into 4 pieces. I ordered 2 turkey kid subs and have always seen them just cut the ends off. I walked out and would like to speak to someone in regards to this just to get clarity because multiple employees have given me zero problems on the bread I choose, Ive never been given limitations or told I couldnt get said thing (with the exception of them being out). Stood there for 15 minutes well he packed Uber orders and then when two gentleman came in behind me and waited for him to finished they jumped up and he took their order, I understand waiting for a skip or Uber order but then to serve someone else after you have had someone waiting is ridiculous, I had to rush out in order to catch my bus. The worker did not even look in my direction more than once. I did not get any food food I was not spoken too or greeted in any way absolutely ridiculous for 9:15pm and an empty restaurant! He was also the only employee there and he looked completely lost! He looked at a receipt for about 2 minutes each time and was working at the pace of a sloth, I work at a restaurant and I’ve been the only person around and still can manage a slight greeting. I’m giving 3 stars because this used to be my favourite subway location. The man that would make my subs was so kind and literally made me the perfect subs every single time. Anyways the most recent times I've been the lady making my subs doesn't fold the sub properly and by the time I get to eat it it's all falls out of the bun.

My main concern though was today I ordered a ham sub but she misheard me and started making a 6in when I asked for a foot long she took the meat and cheese off the bread and put it BACK, not on my new sub or in the trash but back with the other food. She also put the 6in bread back in with all the other breads. Cross contamination much?? It made me ill thinking about what other food has been put back to use again instead of discarded because it's touched other food.
