St. Louis Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Barrie

My husband, our girls and I arrived at the restaurant at 6:05 p.m. restaurant was basically empty, however, it took a wait staff person about 15 minutes to approach us. at that point, we got our own menu and already knew what we were going to order. We ordered fish and chips, fish taco, and two children cheeseburgers and fries. It took just over half an hour for our food to be ready. When we asked our server if it was ready, she told us that there was only one person in the kitchen. I absolutely get that, however, the take out orders were flying out the door like "hot cakes". When our food finally arrived, my kids food was alright looking, however, our fish was either very burned or it was cooked in old, dirty oil or fryer. I have pictures of the fish. Not wanting to wait another half hour for food, we did our best to eat. My husband was not able to eat the second piece of his fish as it was over fried. We love st. Louis and eat at the chain restaurants often, this was by far the worst food we have ever had served to us. Super disappointing. Not going back to that location ever! This place has horrible service. We ordered skip the dishes and paid for someone to deliver our food to us. Our 30 boneless wings were SO over cooked they weren’t even edible. So I called and asked if I drove over if I could have new ones. Apparently there was a misunderstanding along the way because when we got the new order it was only half of what was suppose to be made and what we paid for and brought back. So by this time we were half way home and I turned around we came back I called as we were on the way back and the Manager at the time Argued with me and told me that I told him I only need the honey garlic wings… he continued to argue and tell me I can’t just call and get orders re made. He wasn’t going to re make every order I complained about. I insisted he make the other 15 wings he owes us as we just drove here after PAYING for delivery. Bad service, I went in and asked about all you can eat wings. The waitress says yes it is all you can eat wings with the purchase of a drink. I then ordered a pound of wings, was eating them and grabbed my own menu to check what flavor I would like for my next plate. To only read that it is all you can eat 'boneless' wings. So I asked if that's the case, she say's yes if I want more wings I would have to buy another order (lol). No clue why the waitress wouldn't think to mention that (when I ordered a pound of wings) as my only previous question to her was about the all you can eat wings. Bad service. I've been to this location quite a few times now and 3 of the last 4 times I had no reason to leave a tip, which is not what I like doing.
