Update: This location is only getting worse. I waited, no joke, FIFTY minutes today for two drinks and two pieces of coffee cake. When I finally went to ask what was going on and where my second drink was, the girl working had no idea how to make it and didn’t know what it was. It was a caramel apple spice. I pulled up the description on my phone and she said that she couldn’t make it, and then she told me she could, and then a few minutes more went by and she came back and said they don’t have it at their location so I didn’t get it at all after all that wait. There is zero urgency from anyone working at any time and zero apologies for waiting almost an entire hour. This place desperately needs some management or SOMETHING please. I don’t want to drive an hour away to get Starbucks. Please train your staff.
I am trying to be forgiving with this location because I know the staff are new, but I think there needs to be more experienced supervision or something going on here. I have been drinking the same thing from Starbucks for years, every time I order it from this location they get it wrong. Despite the fact that I am substituting vanilla for sugar free vanilla in my caramel macchiato, it should still come with caramel. It never does from here. When I ask them to add the caramel, the staff look at me like I’m dumb, and begrudgingly add it. The last time I was here, one staff member had gotten another woman’s name wrong. Her name was Amy, they wrote down Emmy. They also got one of her drinks wrong. It was supposed to be a cold beverage and they made it hot. When she realized that they had gotten her name wrong after receiving one of her drinks, her name was called for another, the one that was made wrong. It was her daughters and the woman came up to the counter to see if this was for her. She kindly explained to the staff that they had gotten her name wrong, which was why she hadn’t responded at first, and that this drink was supposed to be cold. The staff looked at her with distaste and said “That’s why I tried calling you the first time” and Amy replied, “Oh, I’m sorry” and waited for her new beverage. When Amy turned away, the staff rolled her eyes, shook her head, and exchanged dirty looks with another staff member. This location is so unprofessional and inappropriate every time I come here. I was so excited to have a Starbucks here finally after moving here from a city that had several and then not having any for many months, and now I have no motivation to go to this location between the horrible quality beverages, extremely slow service (thirty minutes for one simple drink with only two other people in line), and the extremely rude staff. Read moreAt the location Bathurst NB, inside the Atlantic Superstore, the staff is awesome, they always have a smile and their service is getting better each time I go. Today I tried the Gingerbread Latte, I really enjoy this one. It makes you feel like warm and cozy next to the fire place. The Chia Latte makes you feel like Christmas in a cup. The aromas and taste of both bring you to certain good memories. Thank you.

Read moreI have really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I swear they get my orders wrong 90% of the time. I love Starbucks and I usually don't go for complicated orders. Just drinks right off the menu and they never seem to be able to get it right it's very disappointing considering the price you pay for it. They are very often out of stock for a lot of products and sometimes I'll place my mobile order just to get in and have them tell me they can't make what I paid for.
