A&W Canada — Restaurant in Bedford

We've been here 3 times since it opened and thr 3rd was NOT the charm! We will NOT be back. I don't know what's going on with A&W's around here, but since 2020, they've only gone downhill. With this particular one at Hogan Court, its steadily gone from bad to worse to inconceivably horrible. Last night we got 3 Teen Burgers and an order of onion rings. Everything was just tepid. The burger buns have gotten so small that they can't reasonably hold all the "fixin's" of a "normal" Teen Burger. The lettuce was soggy, the sauce was all over the bun so the 4 little rings of onion and 2 small pickles were teetering on slipping off the bun. That's how small the bun is now. The bacon...I asked for well done, not burnt and so hard that I had to remove it. The tomato was good and a nice size for a "regular" bun but not what they use now. It kept slipping off the little hamburger patty so I finally removed it and ate it. Cheese? We couldn't find any. I'm sure that cheese us in Teen Burgers!! All 3 burgers must have been assembled by the same person. The onion rings were teeny tiny, but fat, circles of onions missing most of their coating...it was all in the bottom of the bag. There were nine...I ate 3 and threw the rest in the garbage. They were cold and tasteless anyway. What you do...how you prepare the food and how you serve it to customers is tantamount!! Over 30.00 spent on the garbage and I spent most of my night in the bathroom. Thank you for this awesome meal you served. We will never pass...

I order from UBER Eats and each time I order I specifically write that please make as per notes but sometimes they forget extra patties, sometimes they don’t send the drinks, and once they send wrong drink and if I call the store they just say take the refund from uber like they don’t even want to hear about their mistakes. Also, after placing the order I call the store to let them know please put everything do not miss any item and the receiver says yeah we follow the order no need to call but now I have no trust because even writing notes and calling them still they make mistakes so I will never order in future and just FYI till now I was placing order each week though there are mistakes because I like beyond meat burger and A&W was convenient option but now I truly believe A&W management is worst or they don’t have the basic knowledge of working in restaurants. Hope someone from restaurant takes this into consideration for...

Never Again This location has made me resolve to never eat at A&W again. I bought two teen burgers here on Monday May 20, at 6 PM. What we were given were no teen burgers. They were cold and the patties were not anything that resembled grade a beef. The cheese was disgusting and not even melted on the cold burger. The true teen burgers were either switched out for a lousy cheap patty or this restaurant is cutting quality to a extra low level. Less than 4 hours after we ate i was puking. To make matters worse while we were waiting for our order to be filled a customer came to the counter to return his burger. It had no meat in it. Just a bun and lettuce. That should have been my cue to get a refund and leave. We left two burgers less than 1/4 eaten sitting on the table. 12 hours later as i write this review i’m still in the bathroom. $29.62 for gastro intestinal...
