Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bedford

I will never ever be ordering from this restaurant ever again I don’t know why you decided to employ the girl that is working today but the fact that she can’t even get a simple order right is not even worth keeping her on your payroll I ordered some breadsticks with eight additional pizza dipping sauces all this girl had to do was put sauce in a cup and she couldn’t even do that she sent off my breadsticks without even including the pizza dipping sauce that it comes with.

This was her first order of the day I put it in before the store even opened she had plenty of time to put some sauce in a cup. She had one job just one job to put sauce with the breadsticks and this girls brain power can’t even do that.

Absolutely useless staff member. Why are you paying her money?? I couldn’t even get my sauce sent to me

So guess what I paid all that money for some dried breadsticks that became cold before they even got to me

We were planning on going with your company again this year for our huge Christmas staff dinner but guess what I will make sure that you don’t get a single cent of our money ever again. And you can thank the girl that was working there today for the hundreds of dollars she cost you over $15...

Tldr: U.S. import gone wrong. Go somewhere else. Bad ingredients, Bad pizza, Papa John's Canada.

I ordered from here last week when I realized my favorite US chain has finally came to Halifax. Let me first start off by saying I LOVE PAPA JOHNS, I was in Las Vegas 2 weeks before and Papa did not disappoint, I make it a point everytime I'm in the states to go see and Papa when I'm there and he never lets me down.

Needless to say my expectations were high before ordering from this and they were demolished after (in a bad way).

Pros: N/A

Cons:

-The crust/doe was undercooked and tastes like cardboard.

-The price point was way too high.

-The Ingredients were not 'better' the veggies and everything in the pizza tasted like Agro Corp GMO evil empire ingredients e.g. bland and tasteless probably causes cancer.

The toppings were all placed in the center area of the pizza instead of being spread out. When you got 2 or 3 bites into a slice there was nothing but sauce.

Tried Papa John's new location in Bedford, Nova Scotia tonight and a few things to share:

1. We ordered on the app for a specific time, we were running ahead of schedule so I swung by 10 mins early to wait. I arrived, the pizza was already finished, I asked how long it was done for, they said 10 mins... so they had that pizza finished at least 20 mins early, not that fresh, and you could tell.

2. I requested donair sauce as the dip for the pizza, they gave us garlic sauce (I wouldn't recommend)

3. For the garlic cheese fingers, the portion size for the donair sauce was the smallest I have ever received from a pizza shop.

4. Paid on the app when I ordered, they tried to convince me that I needed to pay there until I had to explain several times.

The pizza overall is average at best, my advice, support a local pizza shop, you will more than likely get better pizza at a similar price that is made fresh...
