If I could give it 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time. Ordered 2 popcorn chicken snack meals on the app…so less than $10 in food…went through the drive thru to pick it up. Nothing was said at the order speaker that mobile orders couldn’t be picked up in the drive thru. Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru to get to the window to be told by an incredibly rude young woman that I had to go into the store because other people in the drive thru were waiting and couldn’t be waiting on my mobile order….the order that was likely smaller than all of the orders behind me and that they had almost 30 minutes to prepare. Pulled around and parked to go into the store. Store front is empty of staff. About 6 workers milling around in the back. Bags and boxes piled all over the pass through window which raises concerns about food safety practices. Waited another 5 minutes without being acknowledged and then attempted to cancel my order in the app. The only way to do so was to call “customer service” which is actually the store number. I stood there and watched the staff ignore the ringing phone for 4 full ring cycles, where I would get sent to a full voicemail, before someone finally answered. When I said I wanted to cancel my order I was informed that I just needed to wait 2 more minutes for it, which I was unable to do as I was now late to pick my kid up because apparently 40 minutes isn’t enough time for them to prepare 2 individual meals. I repeatedly had to ask for the order to be cancelled while she kept telling me to just wait a few more minutes and offered free food which I definitely wasn’t interested in given the clear inability of anyone in the restaurant to do anything. She repeatedly told me that this happened because her staff didn’t tell her that the mobile order was in the drive thru…she was wearing a drive thru headset herself…but regardless the incompetence of the employees is not my problem nor is it an excuse for such horrible service. Guess I will be waiting 3-5 business days to see if I actually get my money back for the food they couldn’t provide or if I have to file a chargeback on my credit card. This is not a 1-star review. In this day and age, even mediocrity gets a star.
While waiting to get answered at the drive thru speaker at KFC watching the previous car waiting for is food for 10mins. I finally got the honor to speak to someone and get my order in. I get to the pick-up window to get my drink and pay. After a 13-minute wait, the young lady finally comes back to tell me to pull ahead a go park, since they ran out of chicken tenders to finalize my order.
I ask why is food not ready at lunch time and why could they not prepare my food in the 13 minutes wait? She tells me it will be 7-8 minutes for the tenders to be ready. I finally oblige and go to park. Fifteen minutes later, I watch the young lady walk by with my food and could not remember the vehicle I was driving. She returns to the store, and I follow her in to ask to speak to a manger and ask for a refund. She tells me no manager is on duty today, goes to the back and resume serving customer. After 7 minutes waiting at the counter. The cook finally shows up after I raise the issue and my voice to get someone to resolve my issue, since I no longer wanted my order just a refund.
I am informed again that no manager is present, no one can issue a refund. I insist that they fix my issue and reach out to whom ever they have too. After probably another 20 minutes of the young man trying to reach-out someone, they finally reply by text and give him instructions to issue my refund. After he issues my refund the young man, has the gull to ask me to fill out a refund form. I just had enough and departed.
1 hour of my life I’ll never get back. What an experience for goddam KFC. Great place...

I waited at the counter only to discover they have no interest in serving customers. I feel that the staff rudeness is what they hope will encourage customers to use the order kiosk.
The weight wasn’t too bad, then a worker came out with a bag and pushed it towards me. I asked if it was my name on the order or what the content was. He couldn’t tell me. So I looked around and just hoped it was mine.
The fountain pop station is in serious need of cleaning and refilling. Most of the drinks are run out. No napkins. I waited at the counter and finally yelled back into the kitchen, asking for napkins. They give zero F’s
Their customer service is absolutely terrible.
