Lemar's Pizza — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

I have been a regular customer to Lemars for over 4 years now, I loved their pizza loved it so much it is the only pizza my son will eat.. but yesterday was the first time I had the worst expierance enough to confirm that I will NOT EVER be returning.. I got raw pizza. Raw dough. I called about it to let them know their slices are literally raw dough, I got a meat lovers slice. The toppings were cooked but the pizza was not. It was literally like when you first prep a pizza and put it in the oven. This was around 3:30pm the afternoon staff I have never seen this specific staff there before tho. I showed them what I was talking about how its raw dough and they said they would check it out with the boss... so the boss comes out and shows me his thermomater basically stating that its cooked its fine... but it was still raw... I couldn't get a word in he was speaking over top of me getting angry at me & humilating me.. I have anxiety I don't like to complain about anything... but I felt the need to let them know they can't be serving this to the public... Also I am 8 months pregnant so I was pretty concerned once I realized that I ate some raw pizza... It's a shame because there pizza is delicous but not enough to consume raw dough. I put it in my air fryer after and it still wasn't cooked which is crazy! Wouldn't even give it a 1 star... and before I would tell them everytime I went in "you guys have the best pizza in town" and would of happily gave them a 5 star. Very unproffessional way of handling a regular customers concern.

I am new in the area and checked out pizza places near by. Dominos was my go to place but then I saw this family owned pizza place and its amazing reviews. I gave it a try yesterday and walked in. The girl was very helpful when I told her I am new in the area and trying your place first time. I kept on changing my options yet she was very patient and helpful accomodating all my changes. I was yet not sure about my choice but the pizza aroma was amazing all the way to my home. I ate my pizza after 30 mins yet it was hot and smelled good. My first bite was like ooooOMG this tastes so goooooooodd. The toppings sauce and cheese were in good portion, good size of pizza and nice thick crust. The toppings list had all gourmet toppings which are not even on regular pizza chains list. Overall super happy with this pizza. The price is couple dollars more than dominos or pizza pizza but trust me those couple bucks are worth it, while paying I was like is it worth it but after eating it I was like wooow worth it. What I was not much happy was the garlic dipping, it is home made I think and tastes normal nothing great. But that wont stop me from going here again. My new goto place. Lemar's has ok food - for a small town. What they don't have is any respect for customers.

An experience December 22, 2018 had their staff blatantly try to extort some teenagers into spending more to get a delivery - a whopping 11km away. When an order for a party pizza was placed, the person at Lemar's stated the $28 order was not enough for delivery - that the teens would need to spend "I don't know, maybe like $35" to be able to get delivery. Having overheard this an adult took the phone and asked what the minimum dollar value is for delivery (of such a short distance) as such a minimum order is NOT stated on their website. When asked, the Lemar's staff member couldn't answer (as there clearly is no such thing) and came back with "do you want it or not". He was told it was not wanted and Lemar's would never get future business. Bradford is growing - rapidly - and small town antics like this will cost Lemar's when the 'big city' residents moving to Bradford blow off small town hustlers. #customerservice #fail #greasyfood #nightmare...
