Rant warning, but all true!... This location NEEDS to be looked into! This is the SLOWEST McDonald's I have ever been to Manager or Supervisor in the bank doing the preping and cooking, 2 in the front and still can not get orders right!
If I could rate it 0 (zero) I would.. Big Mac burger has way too much sauce, to the point it spilled out and came apart McChicken burger was overdone to the point that it was dry and hard I ordered an Iced tea and received something else Tables, benches, and chairs are absolutely disgusting. I asked for them to be wiped down and cleaned. When I went to the table, it was soaking wet. Bench had what looked like dog hair on it still. Furthermore; when my wife wiped down the table that was done by the employee, the wipe that was used came out dark grey with dirt. I went to the front and attempted to get the managers/Supervisors attention. I called out 4 times until I got fed up and raised my voice a little. She turned and looked at me then turned away and walked away from me pretending I wasn't talking to her. I told her I was speaking to her and she replied "oh your talking to me?". I showed her the wipe used after the tables were "cleaned" and she said "oh well we are busy". There was 2 people at the counter that ordered already and the third left because it was taking to long. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, only to discover it had been sitting behind the counter for more than 15 minutes. At no point was my order number called, and when I inquired about it, the staff member handed me the bag with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude.
When I questioned why no effort was made to notify me, I was met with rudeness and complete disregard for my time. I wasted the majority of my lunch break due to their negligence. I requested to speak to a manager and was issued a refund, but that does not excuse the lack of basic service standards.
This is supposed to be a fast food establishment. What I experienced was anything but fast, and the conduct of the staff bordered on negligent. This incident reflects a serious failure in staff training, customer service, and operational oversight.
McDonald’s corporate should be aware that this kind of behavior not only damages the brand but could also lead to formal complaints with customer protection bodies if it continues. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge others to consider their time and money...
Read moreWent there today for 5 min. Out of my 15 minute lunch break during work. (Walked away with nothing). So I Waited in line until an employee approached the till. At first I didn’t understand why she wasn’t asking me for my order, she was imputing a bunch of food items into system. Then after she called her manager for assistance, I found out she was skipping the line and putting in her own order as she had just started break. How unprofessional is it to have customers waiting for you to show up at the till and then order yourself food off the clock from behind the counter skipping a line up and making everyone else wait. I would have complained to the manager but she was a helping the employee inputting her order. Badly needs new management, maybe someone a little older with more experience. I refuse to return to this location and will commute to Tim Hortons for lunch everyday. If you like your food fast and warm I do not recommend...
