Disappointing Experience with the Piri‑Piri Chicken Burger & Masala Veggie Burger

I visited my local A&W drive-thru at around 11:00 PM and ordered a Spicy Piri‑Piri Chicken Buddy Burger and a Masala Veggie Burger. After patiently waiting about 10–15 minutes at the window, we received two burgers and headed home. The worst thing is they are making them with using hands no gloves on

Once home, I realized the chicken burger did not contain Piri‑Piri sauce—it was clearly not what I ordered. My husband even turned around to get the correct Piri‑Piri burger, only to find the chicken patty was undercooked—rubbery and suspiciously raw inside. That’s not safe or acceptable. So me and my friends are regular customers at this location. I visited this a&w on January 12, 2025 at night. The girl over there refused to accept my coupon because it was slightly ripped . I requested them to apply it from the system manually which they can do for sure. She refused me in a very rude way. Her name is DEEPAKPREET. The other girl look a bit mature to me which was both arrogant and rude at the same time. I'm going to end this by saying that this business just lost few regular customers because of some unprofessional staff.
