I had the worst experience at this location. The manager working at this location is middle aged but is extremely immature and unprofessional. She was working at 1pm and the last call I had with her she was there at 2:30pm. I had told the cashier 3 times that I would like spicy chicken tenders. I had little time as I was on my lunch break, the cashier asked me to wait 10minutes and I did as she asked politely. Once I got my packaged food, I asked, are these spicy tenders? She said yes.
I returned to work to find out that she gave me 3 regular pieces of chicken that were not spicy. I called before going back so that I can have my tenders ready. Once I arrived, I asked if I could have a refund as I had to wait and waste time to get my food, returned to work on my gas just to find out that I did not have the right order, and needed to get permission from my manager to return to Popeyes. I found it fair and good customer service to just get my money back on the meal they had ruined and time they had wasted. I got no apology just excuses. The cashier said “I heard you said 3 piece and assumed you wanted just regular chicken”. Strange considering I said it 3 times and then again before I took my order. I understand everyone makes mistakes however the gaslighting that was done on the cashiers part AND the manager’s was disgusting. The manager said she heard me say 3 chicken pieces, which is odd considering she was making food and was not at in close proximity. The manager refused to give me a refund and was rude to me. So, I told her no problem and returned to work but only to taste awfully made tenders. When I called back to just let them know that I’ll be returning both the chicken and tenders to them as it was not what I ordered and because the tenders were poorly made, the MANAGER became very aggressive over the phone and said “you need the money. Come get the money you need the money”. This is disgusting behaviour coming from a person representing Popeyes. I need something to be done about this behaviour immediately. Read moreI had an incredibly disappointing experience at Popeyes. I ordered a family meal and was told it would take 20 minutes for the chicken to be prepared. After waiting 25 minutes, I returned to the counter, only to find the staff chatting among themselves and completely ignoring customers. To my frustration, they admitted they had forgotten my order entirely.
After a total wait of over 30 minutes, I finally received my meal, but the chicken was clearly not fresh, lacking the quality I expected. Additionally, the portion sizes were noticeably small and less in quantity . The restaurant itself was in poor condition, with overflowing garbage bins and an overall dirty appearance. The staff’s lack of professionalism and care was evident throughout the experience.
I strongly advise against visiting this location, and I will not be returning. Save your time and money for a place that values...
