Ansaaz Kitchen — Restaurant in Brampton

Ordered their Bombay Style Kheema and Chapli Kebab. I must say I’m impressed with the details of packing; sealed, tissues, wet napkins and container plastic wrap to avoil oil leakage. Rarely seen restaurant caring for that. Well done!!

I’m a pure Mumbaikar and Kheema Pav was my everyday and could say they did justice to Kheema like Mumbai. Although not the same taste because again spices, water many thing plays a role to bring the same taste but definitely they are close. Overall its very good! Suggestion: If you want to push it further to Mumbai style, add slight little SUVA (Dill).

Kebab was good in taste but a little dry. I feel you guys can surely do better, got potential. Just try a lil more experiment and try to make it juicy and you will nail it.

I had a very disappointing experience with the chicken biryani from Ansaaz Kitchen. Honestly, this was the worst biryani I have ever had. The rice had no proper flavour, aroma, or balance of spices – it was completely bland. The chicken was the most shocking part: it tasted old, stale, and absolutely tasteless. As you can clearly see in the pictures, the chicken pieces look greyish, rubbery, and unappetizing instead of being fresh and tender. After just one bite, it felt so bad that I almost wanted to vomit.

The curd served along with it was also spoiled and tasted old, which made the overall experience even worse. I could not even finish the meal because of how unpleasant it was.

This was by far the most terrible biryani and dining experience I’ve had. Ansaaz Kitchen really needs to pay attention to food quality and freshness. I would never recommend this...

Was looking for some Mumbai style street food but non veg in Brampton and came across this small but amazing restaurant. Ordered a baida paratha kheema and kheema cutlets. Since it was a Mumbai themed place I had to order a vada pav with chai. The food was amazing and I was in love with their kheema cutlets. The girl at the counter Pawan was very friendly and was quick in bringing our orders. For a quick taste of Mumbai I would recommend this and I think I will definitely come back to taste...
