Dreamz Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Brampton

I think this is the only Caribbean West indian restaurant that has the option for the food in paper bags. The only problem is that they charge more for the paper bag food, and it's less than their regular one in the box. The second thing is when u place a specific order, u just don't get what u order it has happened to me 3 times now that the reason I don't buy from there anymore and when call to let dem know they have messed up your order they rudely hang up the phone on you as if they were given you the food for free and u should just take what they give to u. I find that very disappointing.

As I said and will say again, i did buy the paper bag food, and I also bought the container, and it 2 different amounts indeed. The paper bag is always less even tho we're always told it's more, the amount in the paper cannot feed 2 people ,😒 and yet we're being charged more for it and being told it's more, that's why u guys really need to fix that instead of making excuses that is more...

My personal experience at this establishment was top-notch! Warm, welcoming down to earth...etc, being married to a Guyanese woman for 15 years, traveling to Guyana, and experiencing the vibrant culture firsthand hopefully will grant me a small voice over naysayers in this review listing. Obviously, I am no expert to fine dining or the minute difference between cooking for each household, but as someone who has frequent the cuisine from South America and the West Indies I can say that the food was delicious and I would highly recommend you try it for yourself. Came to the bar for my friends birthday, we were not recieved at all. Didn't show us to our seats or acknowledge my presence at all as a matter of fact. The manager stepped outside to have multiple drinks with people and was wasted. Customers seemed to all be family friends and were loud, inconsiderate, and hostile. We came for food but no one offered a menu to take our order. After waiting 30 minutes for a single bottle of beer, I still did not have anyone ask if I wanted food.
