Ordered my food on ritual at 5:05 gave me a 23 minute wait. I got to the restaurant at 25 minutes. Stood in line, everyone walking by, no organization. I was finally asked to he served, I mentioned I have a pick up, used the ritual order number that was provided and they seemed like they had no clue.

I told them I had 4 veggie sandwiches that should stick out. They hadn’t even started it, lady with a bullring tells me 5 minutes. I wait outside.

I call them 6 minutes later, she goes 5 minutes more, is that okay? I’m like do I have a choice?

It’s now been 35 minutes.

They are still cooking the food. Exactly 14 minutes go by, they finish… don’t even acknowledge me until I walk up to the counter even though I’m beside the register. She goes what order are you here for? Like she’s never interacted with me before. Gives the order to an elderly lady, the elderly lady was a sweetheart and I mentioned to her I waited 25 minutes in the restaurant for my food, it was actually longer. And another 20 minutes before when I placed the order. She apologized and asked if I wanted anything… the other bullring girl was rude and goes what he say? I walked away and said my time means something. .

Overall, I had waited a total of 1 hr 3 minutes to get my food. Out of that I spent majority of my time at the restaurant. Only 23 minutes was listed by the ritual app.

I had guests who were over and we coordinated to have some food which was supposed to be back in time for everyone to enjoy, now almost 1 hour later we will be serving it… but they’ve already eaten. So this was a waste of time and money.

Hello foodies today I bring you what I would call jamacian fusion food with a modern twist .This place is a must try if your a true foodie. If your looking for typical or authentic jaimacan /caribean grub then this is the wrong place to visit. The chef hear has put an incredible fusion modern twist on caribean cusine and it's done to perfection and absolutely delicious. They serve bowls and sandwiches with an amazing fusion twist .

FOOD 5/5 I opted for thier Jerk Chicken Bowl but they also have bbq chicken and oxtail bowls with 3 options for the rice ,plus add gravy I'f that's your thing. The rice and peas was by far best I ever tasted , I got the gravy option and it only made it better , again this rice had a fusion twist with caribean flavors just fire! The jerk chicken was unique first it was boneless super juicey large chicken thighs with an incredible jerk fusion gravy put on thick and deeply marinated into the meat and melt inyour mouth goodness. The chicken was very generous 3 large thighs in my bowl.

All the add-on options for your bowl.arw extensive and go so well as a combo with your bowl everything goes so well together with there rice and chicken .the corn and pineapple slaw was a perfect addition to my spicy chicken along with the pickled jalapenos and the slaw. Surprisingly the tomatoe slaw and cheese go so well in your bowl and all the flavors and textures blend together so perfectly .there 3 sauces are also so good the lime sauce is perfect on your rice and the bbq sauce is tangy and sweet really nice on the chicken higgly recomended you try them with a little of thier amazing got sauce.

Ordering from Ubereats was the 1st and last mistake with this restaurant (as per the other comments, don't order using Uber or Skip etc. They don't care what they send nor to even send the food you ordered). Portion sizes were small, food quality horrible. This did not taste like jerk seasoning, the sandwich had very little inside and was mostly bread. Even the BBQ chicken was bland and over cooked to a point it was hard. The rice was dry and hard. I don't see this restaurant thriving if the food is horrible and they don't send 1/2 of what your ordered. Never again, unless I want poor quality food, bad customer service and to pay and not get what was ordered. I can understand a mistake, but not 1/2 an order mistake. Especially when she was on speaker and all 6 of us heard her say exactly what was missing and corrected our friend who said 4 bowls and not 4 items (2 bowls & 2 sandwiches). None of us will deal with your establishment again. You revealed your dishonesty and knew exactly what you did and the exact items you left out. Very disappointing 1st order experience and the last for me. I regret suggesting they try this restaurant. Fiancé wanted to give them a second chance in the event it was an 'off day', as there were so many positive reviews. He ordered 6 BBQ chicken bowls, they sent 6 Jerk chicken bowls. Just don't use Ubereats or Skip (as I suspect they are using it to sell spoilt/stale/old food) and check your order before you leave, because they make a lot of mistakes. This place is a no for me.
