Purchased on Uber - 1:44 pm. November 22nd - 10 booster juices. Order arrived only for me to find that the employees at this location wrote a note advising to schedule the order next time. Regardless if the order is scheduled or not - you are on UBER and have agreed to provide a service. - If the order was too big or it was hectic at the location (it couldn’t have been because it wasn’t lunch time) then the store can cancel the order from their end. It is not appropriate to write a note demanding how to place your order next time - which is terrible customer service. Will not be purchasing from this location again and hope that this store...

The time I visited the store the girl was working alone and running back and forth worth all the clients. Sure she made no eye contact and lacks customer service skills but I assumed it was late night and she must be tired. I would arrange for an extra hand in the store. Not just because she looked tired to me- just so that the juicer can be cleaned- the pair of scissors that is being used to cut grass root is washed before it used.
