Today Feb 18 I decided to go to Burger King on fletchers Creek and Bovaird went through the drive-thru sat at the speaker box waiting for someone to ask me how they can help me I ordered just a burger with no onions.. The cashier lady repeated my order and then went dead silent I was thinking that she's going to tell me how much it's going to cost because at this point there's nobody in the drive-thru just myself.... Then she finally realized that she never said anything and asked me if there was anything else and I said no When I get to the window now she's texting on her cell phone and she doesn't open the window I'm sitting there waiting for her to finish her texting to whomever she's texting to... When she opens up the window she just seemed distracted and she was because I received my sandwich but I couldn't even get a napkin not one napkin in the bag That irritates me because they put so much sauce on it that the sauce ended up getting all over my hands and in my lap that I had nothing to wipe my mouth or my hands with so I contacted the store by phone to speak to the manager to say that the cashier needs to be mindful of what she's doing and at least give me a napkin also they only toasted the bottom half of my sandwich and not the top part of my sandwich which didn't taste very good to me and Yes, I can tell the difference! the manager said I'm sorry can you hold on She comes back on the phone and ask me what exactly is the issue with my order after I finish explaining the situation to her. My response is I can see why I'm getting the service that I am because the manager doesn't actively listen nobody seems to be paying attention to providing good service. I said it's okay I don't care to repeat myself because you're obviously not listening , I already explained myself to you and you put me on hold to come back to ask me what the situation is. Hence why I'm here writing a review Maybe somebody may reach out to me. Pay attention at the drive-thru each sandwich deserves a napkin stop texting on your phone and focus on the job at task It's not that hard I'm the only person in the drive-thru I can understand if you had a lineup and you made that small mistake but nobody was there and It would be nice if the manager could put on their listening ears. For this gets a 2.5 star...

It all starts with management and dealing with the manager was not fun at all as he’s not aware of company policies and thinks he owns the location so he can charge people as much as he want extra.. I even asked him is it company’s policy to charge me more for something that other locations did not and his response was it’s my policy……. So having a manager like that at one of your restaurants and the upper management sees the reviews from people but choose not do something about it… I guess that how Burger King hires employees and managers without any people skills or manners.. way to go upper management… I have video and audio clip from the manager telling me it’s his policy and don’t care about the cooperate side of it…… I will be posting and sharing my experience on all platforms of social media and 300+ of my colleagues at work and family and friends…....
