Chowpati — Restaurant in Brampton

I have to edit the same review bcz i cannot post a fresh review. Regarding your contact to uber for refund, it was my first step already which i did upon which uber contacted you and you said we can pick up the order to ERNESTO(Uber team), then when i called to confirm you refused. And uber advised my that you CHOWPATI HAS to initiate the refund. So someone is lying for sure. But thats okay, i dont need 10% off or anything i need what is right. And clearly you showed my order as sales in ur system, kept the money and the food too by not refunding my money. You played both uber and me. Will remember this experience. I am including proof so people could see the reality. The chat with team and the calls CHOWPATI AND UBER HAD WITH ME.

Its not about even food anymore but immoral practices. No integrity.

I placed an order ok uber and cancelled it within 5 seconds as i ordered large quantities by mistake.

I approached the restaurant and they refused to refund the money as well refused for picking up the order in person as well when uber team proposed an alternative to them.

Even the uber guys named Ernesto spoke to them for same concerns and they agreed initially but when i called they refused to prepare the order.

They lied as well as kept my money for full order without serving it. Which restaurant prepares order in 5-10 seconds? Either they are serving stale food by microwaving it or they are selling lies. Because they said they prepared the order in 10 seconds after placed it on uber and cancelled it.

Save your money and time, as they dont value it.

Regarding your comment i have the proof, but before that show me the proof where uber confirmed with you they refundedme. Be careful because i will post the proof. So make true claims.

I want to take a moment to sincerely appreciate the exceptional service I received from chowpati, Brampton. I ordered the Noodle Tikki Burger (Readywala Burger), and it was absolutely amazing. What stood out even more was the incredible gesture of one of your staff members. After the closing hours, I had called, and I was initially informed that the restaurant was closed. However, a gentleman namely (Pawan )call me back within 5-10 minutes and went out of his way to prepare my order despite the late hour. This act of kindness and dedication truly made my day.
