Chaat Ter Box Resturant Brampton(Express)- Best Premium Live Pani Puri In Canada — Restaurant in Brampton

Changing my stars from 5 to 1 unfortunately! Had enough experiences & gave them chances not to write this

Pani puris are often served non-crisp/ soft, i know humidity is the factor but find a way to NOT to serve customers such puris as we are paying 1$ for 1 puri!

Mint pani doesn’t taste Minty AT ALL since last 5 times! Servers often confuse the mint with Spicy water Regular Pani- hardly any taste ! The Tikha Mitha Pani is wayyyy different than the one at Etobicoke

If you order anything except Pani puri, it’s often a messed up order. I’m so disappointed to write this as I do know the owner is quite hardworking!

Dabeli ordered today was served cold !! I always have to inform them to add enough masala so that dabeli isnt dry! They told me today that the gas was turned on, & when order got outside buns got cold, lol. Sorry completely unacceptable! The Dabeli tastes average or below average as compared to what i had for the very first time at Etobicoke! & what is this Sauce in Dabeli ??? Tomato ketchup up types?? Where is the OG date tamarind chutney & garlic chutney?? 😓!!!!! The girls are hardworking but the owner needs to actually eat & see what we are served here

I have changed my Pani puri location to Chatorigali & they have never disappointed!

Karan !! You really gotta look after this location really well as i can’t keep up with updates! If there is NO consistency, it’s hard to visit here. Also I’d like my money back for Dabeli, as even the 2nd time the server made it too bad !! Have a look at the disappointing photos

I’m from London, Ontario, and I first visited Chaatterbox in downtown Brampton when I went to see a friend – and let me tell you, it was LOVE at first bite! The variety of pani puri water flavors is absolutely incredible, and each one is more tempting than the last. The Mango flavored water was hands-down my favorite – sweet, tangy, and totally addictive! What really made the experience memorable was the amazing service. Yuvika, the girl who served us, was so welcoming and cheerful. Her positive attitude, patience, and friendly nature truly made a difference. She made sure we were happy with everything, and it showed how much she cares about customer satisfaction. I was so impressed that when I visited Brampton again, I brought my own friends along just so they could experience it too – and they loved it just as much! The space was limited but I hope they will expand it soon. If you’re ever in or around Brampton, Chaatterbox is a MUST-visit for every Golgappa lover. It's my first time experience with my family at Chatterbox and we were extremely disappointed with the service we received today from a girl in turban. Firstly, she came after 15 mint on second live station . Before turban girl only one girl was their who was serving the pani puri in the whole crowd. Secondly , the turban girl was inattentive and confused too. The turban girl seemed overwhelmed and disinterested. Her attitude was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome in the restaurant. Her tone is bit rude and she didn't talk with us in a sweet voice with helps to enhance the better experience for all the customers. We all customers talking with each other that the atmosphere was too warm there .As in a busy restaurant , there is a need for an A.C too. It's too difficult for the employees as well as the customers to stand in that hot atmosphere. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers so that they also can't spoil their visit like...
