Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

I have been ordering Dominoes Pizza in the New York( My former hometown) and now here in Brampton Ontario (My current hometown) for about 15 years now. The Pizza is always excellent and well done. Never had an ordering issue. However I was severely disturbed by that Delivery Man that delivered my order today. He got out of his car while I was standing on my front lawn and began his greeting by saying "You turned my call off without a response!". I now had to prove to him on my Call Log that I did turn a call away from him but it was from my colleague named Steven and NOT HIM. I DID NOT recieve any calls from the driver. Now why am I even justifying this behaviour????? I asked if this was my order? He replied "If thats what you ordered that thats what it is(rudely)....despite all of this I tipped him and paid the order with my Debit Card...he walked away with the card machine and receipts, I literally had to pursue and ask this man for my reciept as he entered his car. Meanwhile my Tenant is sitting on the porch observing this ridiculous behavior. I called the Store Manager Rahul to complain about his behaviour, he acknowledged with an apology and offered a Free Pizza Credit, However I Declined as that was not my purpose of complaining about this rude unethical driver delivering people's food. I just wanted them to be aware of how customers are being treated from time to time. I have had rude deliveries before but I just kept it moving. I will NEVER ORDER from this Branch again. I have been an extremely loyal and a regular customer and never complained about anything in the past...However today I was not gonna let this man speak to me as such. He should seek another profession that doesnt include speaking...

I was at 1 Wexford Rd, Brampton, ON L6Z 2W1 last night a horrible experience.

My brother and me had planned to eat Pizza so we placed a order by phone and chose to pick our order.

We were met by a team member who was in a rush to go and make deliveries for others order. This guy cashed us out and was very rude. Once our Pizza was handed out. I asked for the receipt which was denied to me.

Just before leaving the store I choose to hit the red smiley face on the feedback panel. My brother and me both were bullied by this cashier by his abusive comments. Later on this guy stepped out of the store and wanted to continue the heated argument and even called his fellow team members which were another 3 guys, to come out of the store and intimidate us. They even pushed my brother and started abusing both of us again. My brother is an international student and very new to the country.He got threatened by this abusive, mobster kind of team members at this Dominos. These guys threatened my brother that they would not leave this heated argument and would continue the same thing next morning at the school campus of my brother. Since last night, my brother is in a stress and even skipped his school today for his safety. I fear for his life. I could not believe how a big corporate like Dominos hires thugs which work at this location.
