A few days ago I got my pizza and paid and then I asked to get 4 garlic. And the guy who served me was like you already paid for the pizza right and I said yes so he said it’s ok and didn’t charge me for the dip. And I just asked if I just leave it here for a few minutes I’m waiting for my mom to come back he’s like yeh sure so he puts it in the heating area and then I asked one of the guys to give the pizza my moms here and he saw the bill he’s like you didn’t pay for the garlic. I said he didn’t charge me I paid for the pizza and he’s like why didn’t you pay for the garlic. I told him the other staff told me not to pay as I already paid for the pizza. At this point there are other customers in the store too and this guy is acting if I stole his precious garlic dips. He keeps telling me I should pay, and I keep telling him I have no problem paying. I did not ask for a deal nor did I say I don’t want to pay the other staff told me not to pay as it’s not a big deal ( but clearly it’s the end of the world to this guy yelling at me in front of customers) I told him just charge me, so he charges me after yelling at me and acting like I stole something. I paid for the dip and left. This was so embarrassing I don’t know how the staff is trained here because they clearly do not know how to act with customers. When someone is spending $30 on pizza why would they have a problem paying an extra few dollars on dip. This situation was dealt so unprofessionally it was extremely unacceptable. Read moreI went last night to order a pizza and lady name hartsin(i believe based on speaking to another employee) was working at the front counter around 8 to 9pm in the evening. I stood there for 5 minutes and she was laughing and joking with staff in other language and completely ignoring me until one of the drivers said to her that someone was waiting. She said laughing "he can wait" while being socially being unaware that i was standing within 2 feet from were she was standing and heard exactly what she said. Another staff member was noticeably embarrassed and immediately apologized and took my order. I also asked that the pizza was not burned and not undercooked. Unfortunately the internal flour was still soft and the pizza was burnt and i couldn't take it back as it was too far from my home. Its Unfortunate where there is such poor customer service. I normally dont like to write bad reviews as i dont believe its always necessary but such lack of care and respect for people it has to be posted. I would highly recommend NOT coming to this location as it seems they get orders wrong ...undercook food and speak in another language in the presence of other customers when they dont speak the language themselves. Read moreI placed a pick up order at this location and went to get my food after it was ready. I arrived about 4 minutes after and I went to the door and started ringing the door bell since the door was locked. They noticed me at first but pretend to not see me and continued to work. I kept ringing the doorbell and knocking on the window loudly for 5 mins and they did not open the door when i came to get my order that was ready for pickup via the online website. The girl at the front was smiling and laughing when I was standing outside waiting in the cold and rain. The manager was just over watching another guy making pizza. There were a total of 3 people working and they purposely neglected me and treated me foully for no reason. I went back to my car after 5 mins and called the restaurant and they did not pick up my call and I was connected to the general line where they got me through to the girl working at the front. She pretended to act clueless and when I confronted her about smiling when I was knocking on the window she apologized and had nothing else to say. I told her I am not paying for my order and they can keep their pizza if this is how they treat customers. I did nothing wrong but give this establishment business and this is the thanks I get.
