Jollibee — Restaurant in Brampton

Seeing how other people have come to this Jollibee to try it for their first time was kind of funny to me because this was my first time also trying Jollibee and I did think that it did meet my expectations as to what I think of fast food chain, would be serving for a fried chicken sandwich for spaghetti at a fast food place And also the fact they had like the type of pies you would get like like McDonald’s.

The place itself was very pretty like it was inviting it’s kid friendly. You have a gigantic Bee🐝 sign, the seating was very nice and cute. I did think they did spend a good amount of money on designing the place itself. Like it is better than going to McDonald’s nowadays, to be honest.

Moving onto the food itself I do think that the Aloha burger that I did get was kind of a different twist on fried chicken sandwich, where they put a slice of pineapple on it like I do think the chicken itself was very juicy and tender but the pineapple was too sweet. The burger buns are little bit too oily. I do think also the drink that I got the pineapple was way too sweet. I did also get a Ube pie which is kind of different yeah like Ube is something that you don’t really see in western food.

Overall, I don’t think that I’ll be coming here anytime soon because I do sort of get the gist of what the chicken situation is here and also the type of food they are selling and it is fast food like 100% and I just don’t feel like if I’m gonna be spending $20 on a combo it probably won’t be here But again it is for some people who do like that sort of food and I did say at my...

Jollibee!

My wife was the one who suggested we go as she’s been here once before but I haven’t and my first experience at Jollibee was fantastic. The food was amazing, the price was fair in today’s market and competition, the environment was very clean and sanitary and the overall service was quick and friendly.

Hands down, I would come back just for their pineapple quencher as that was easily the most refreshing drink I have ever gotten from a fast food chain. You can really taste the pineapples and freshness of it. As summer approaches, I can see that being a top seller just as a drink option!

Let’s now talk about their fried chicken which I found to be one of the juiciest I’ve ever bitten into without it being over oily and having my hands covered in grease. It was fried to perfection as every bite had a satisfying crunch and bursting with juices and flavour! Highly recommend the “spicy” version as it wasn’t over the top but gives the tradition a bit more of a kick / heat. Dipped in gravy and it’s over!

The fries were pretty bland / basic but really crispy to make up for it. The mash was also nothing over the top but basic as well. Huge highlight for me as well would be their peach mango pie as it’s crispy, warm and gooey filled with actual fruit pieces. It tasted just as good fresh even if not eaten for a few hours!

Overall fantastic first experience and definitely added into my go to spots now for fast food...

You guys don’t deserve even one star! I don’t like to write reviews but I have to today! This just happened! I placed an order on the jollibee website thinking they had their own delivery. I only realized it was through DoorDash when I received the tracking. Second, the tracking on their website and DoorDash is night and day. On jollibee website, says 3 minute wait. DoorDash says 16 minutes! So I called their store in Brampton, and the manager who was unprofessional in talking to customers like they’re talking to their friend and she promised to call me back because my order hasn’t arrived yet. She said it was supposed to be delivered at 730 and I was on the phone with her at 745!!! She never called me back!!! To make it worse, the food after a century later arrived. Wet, soggy, cold and worst of all BLAND! I won’t have eaten it if I didn’t pay for it but I did so I ate! But it was so bad, I had to throw it out. I reached out to DoorDash for bad and late delivery service hence maybe that’s why the food was cold and soggy and nasty. But DoorDash told me to contact the store since I paid them directly so they can’t help. I called the store and some unprofessional picked up and asked me what’s the problem and I told him I’d like to speak to the manager who promised me to call me back but didn’t. He’s like was it a boy or girl? Then hangs up on me!!! That’s wrong!!!...
