Don't go, simple as that. Unless you want cold food and cold service. Be warned, don't expect any sort of compensation if you experience bad food and bad service.
I went to order 2 wraps and a shawarma bowl and every single piece of chicken was cold. The wraps were cut off the skewer which I saw my self but not the shawarma bowl. But somehow they were still both cold. I only live 5 minutes away. Usually with the shawarma spinner/heater glows orange but I only saw it just spinning the skewer of chicken. The wraps them selves fell apart as soon there was a bite taken. We called them asking for a refund to which the employee their did accept over the phone.
When I came back ( waste of my time) the employee gave me this non-sense explanation about how the chicken I received was fresh and that she checked the security camera to see I was served. I clearly remember my chicken being scooped out of a metal container. When I asked to see the security footage she refused to show it. She also said the reason the wraps fell apart was because of the sauce.
First off, majority of the Shawarma places that serves wraps do not fall apart in this manner. I get saucy wraps all the time from different shawarma places in Brampton and none of them have ever been has bad as this. She refused to understand and told me I would have to speak to the manager to which I agreed.
She got the manager on the phone and he gave me the exact same non-sense about the chicken being fresh, and sauce making the wraps fall apart and the footage says other wise. I asked to see the footage and he also refused. He said he doesn't have to do anything for his customers.
Why do you want serve/offer a shawarma wrap if you know it will fall apart? Why do you want to serve cold chicken?
The manager tells me over the phone " I deal with customers like you every day". That was the only thing that the manager said that made sense. If he deals with customers who don't like their food everyday, I guess that means their food sucks...everyday.
Don't bother asking for security footage, they pretend they have it as proof and then decline to prove it and say they don't have to do anything for you.
I can confidently say this is the worst fast food restaurant...
Read moreI recently visited Lazeez Shawarma and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy decor. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and ready to answer any questions I had about the menu.
Now, onto the food—easily the highlight of the experience. I ordered their signature chicken shawarma and it was nothing short of spectacular. The chicken was tender, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The wraps were generously filled, and every bite was a harmonious blend of flavors. The garlic sauce and pickles added just the right amount of tang, making the shawarma burst with freshness.
Aside from the shawarma, I also tried the falafel, which was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. Their portion sizes were generous, making it a great value for the price. The variety of sides and sauces offered made it easy to customize my meal just the way I like it.
Overall, Lazeez Shawarma exceeded my expectations. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a more filling meal, this place offers something for everyone. I’ll definitely be returning to try more from their diverse menu. Highly...
Read moreSo I have been to this location 4 separate times and they never have any beef. I am guessing it's because it's Indian 🇮🇳 owned and they are against beef due to religious beliefs. This is a franchise and they have beef at evey other locations so I think they should follow suit as they work for this franchise and they have a menu to follow. Also, the food (Sharma Wrap) was terrible and made with no care and taste. Girl who served me took 15 mins to make my wrap (which was not complted) and stopped in the middle to make an Uber order. I was super pissed and asked her why she just couldn't finish my wrap firat before starting a different order and she replied in Indian accent "don't worry sir your order will be ready soon... these orders are more important to us and priority". I literally walked out and left. I will never go back to this location again. Service like this and lack of options due to religious beliefs is what Brampton has become.....Terrible. Place was also dirty, floors not swept, windows dirty, cooking area dirty and girl behind counter did not change her gloves after she touched money and cash register. Stay away from...
