Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Brampton

So I went to pizza Nova ( kennedy and Steeles) Location. At first when i went inside, I asked for chicken bites and this girl ( who was black and showed racisim towards us) started saying that, “ Oh we just have wings”. I was like “ can we get chicken pollini instead”. She started saying in a very rude manner that “ oh we have to really explain customers that they are not chicken bites, they don’t taste like pizza pizza chicken bites and kept going on about it (even though I was already aware of that).So we ignored the fact that she was acting rude and we sat down after we had ordered our food.Few minutes later, I went to ask her for cups and she said that “ we don’t have cups like you can see that we don’t serve fountain drinks here “(very rudely). Then, i asked her if we can get some chilli flakes for our pizza, because every pizza store has chilli flakes so I expected them to have it; she answered saying” No we don’t”. We still ignored that as it just showed that she just didn’t want to serve us and then I asked her if i could get my drinks; to that, she pointed at me rudely (showing me that I need to wait as she showed her finger) while she was attending a phone call. So then i said that, “We are in a rush and if she could make it quick”. The other guy then comes to me and says that, “ don’t talk to my employees like that” and basically said “ don’t make me kick you guys out as I’m already very fedup”, he said this after we had explained him that we were not being rude. So we ended up leaving without getting the food; obviously we got our money back. THEY ARE HIGHLY UNPROFFESSIONAL , DISRESPECTED US, SHOWED US THAT THEY WERE LITERALLY TAKING OFF THEIR FRUSTRATION ON US. I would never recommend anyone to visit this location ever again; the most worst experience ever; Highly unethical staff and I would never want to visit any franchise of Pizza...

I do not understand where these negative reviews are coming from!!! I have personally seen firsthand the amount of ignorance and racist attitudes a certain demographic of customers are towards the workers at Pizza Nova. I respect the professionallism of the owners who do not tolerate any type of disrespect from entitled customers. People forget that you don't mess with people who deal with your food!!!!!!! If you want to be waited on hand and foot, stay home and hire a maid.

Out of all the Pizza Novas in Brampton, this location takes the cake! Though it is about a 40 min drive from home, this location seems to always make my pizza right! They are not skimpy on the toppings (whether it be a meat-lovers or veg pizza) and understand the concept of cooking a well-done pizza without burning it. Staff are pleasant and helpful no matter what time of day you go. This location reminds me of my childhood when we had pizza days, where if I compare the taste of the pizza from elementary school until now, I know that this location follows the recipes exactly as it should unlike MANY other locations in Brampton. Pizzas can get pricey if you get crazy with the toppings, but you get exactly what you pay for! Quality over...

I've been ordering from this location for 9+ years. I'm pretty laid back but in the recent years, their pizza has gone worse than mediocre pizza. I need to make a review in hopes for better changes for others. This location is CHEAP with their toppings, sauce and crust size. I've always asked for THICK crust pizza but they never do it properly, EVER. We order for the sake of convenience but are never satisfied. My husband has ordered from other locations and their pizza is so much better, and you actually get THICK crust pizza. Apparently if you order a medium thick crust, they are supposed to use large dough to fluff up the crust but this location doesn't do that. I've made special requests that these are for my kids and no changes. They are penny pinchers. The owner is awesome but the employees who make the pizza are cheap. I made a vow to not order from this location anymore, my last order was today. I asked for more sauce and they gave me less than normal. This is just beyond...
