I arrived at this location at 2:56pm to order the happy hour “buy one get one 50% off after 3pm”. Once I told that man at the register my order, he told me he cannot fulfil my order because it is not after 3. I said to him “so you would like for me to wait 4 minutes? That’s not good customer service”. He tells me yes, and proceed to wait until 3:01pm. It’s fine that I had to wait, but it is the PRINCIPLE of the situation because by the time he finished making my order and putting it through the register it would be after 3 anyways. Also, I’d like to add that there were no other customers in the store for the whole duration of time I was there. Once it was 3:01pm I placed my order and he begins to serve the STINGIEST portions of food. I tell him to put more lettuce on my Greek salad and he begins to talk to me about inflation and refused because it was “filled to the top” when it surely was not. He proceeds to put the scantiest amount of chicken on my orders. And asks me “if I have seen the price of things these days” and I tell him I am a paying customer, so that it irrelevant to me. As I walk to the register I tell him that I am NOT pleased with his customer service and rudeness. He tells me he has a “Masters in customer service” and that I dont know anything about customer service and that I should “listen to what he is telling me” I work in the healthcare industry which is undoubtably a form of customer service so believe me when I say I know a thing or two on how people should be treated. He was so passive aggressive and rude and I do NOT ever pull the race card but to me this is blatant racism/sexism as I know I wouldn’t be treated like this if I was not a woman of colour. The rudeness and disrespect is despicable and very disappointing. Don’t spend...

What should have been an exciting launch turned into a frustrating gimmick. Despite advertising free shawarma from 11 AM to 1 PM, the staff deliberately slowed service, leaving people waiting for hours only to miss the cutoff. When food was finally handed out for 50% off the menu price, the portions were embarrassingly small compared to any shawarma spot – clearly more about saving costs than showcasing quality and gaining customers.
To make matters worse, management prioritized serving friends at the back of the line while ignoring genuine customers. It wasn’t about welcoming the community, it was about appearances and shortcuts. They didn’t have to offer anything free, but once they did, they should have followed through with integrity.
Over-promising and under-delivering is a surefire way to drive customers away. I wouldn’t waste time here – if this is how they treat people on day one, I can’t imagine things getting better.
Note: I have no association with the many other dissatisfied customers or other reviewers. Seems to be an...
