Popular Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

I have been there customer and always order from their Kennedy and steels location. Today I ordered an extra large pizza that i usually order but i was disappointed with the service that i received today and when i asked staff did not accepted their mistake, even they Argued with me. I ordered Extra large from them , and this was not my first order as I have ordered pizzas almost 50 times from them but this time they made a mistake and alao it was genuinely visible but instead of accepting the mistake the girl working over their started to argue. My issue was that i ordered pizza with seasoning on side but as the seasonings were packed in plastic containers but those containers were placed on hot pizza and the plastic got melted on the pizza itself. When i again visited them with my complaint she refused to accept their mistake and also refused to refund or give any concession for their mistake. Such a bad experience and poor customer service. Will never visit again. Waste of...

Idk what they do. They won't let you any refund or any compensation over the orders that you cancel in less than 2 minutes after ordering accidentally. I'm literally went into lose for having nothing by the end. I contacted the UberEATS and they told me they've accepted the order and started making, eventually not able to make a refund.
