Stopped in today for lunch. It was my first time trying out the restaurant. The dumplings were excellent. I had the chili chicken Momo dumplings. Great flavour, good sauce, very filling. One order comes with 8 and it is enough for one person. What I didn't like was that I was eating alone so it was not possible to try other flavours/sauces without ordering an entire additional order which would be too much food. They don't appear to want you to dine in. From cardboard trays to plastic cutlery, and signs all over the place about what you can't do, it wasn't a very inducing environment to stay and eat. The service I found was just ok as well. I had some questions about the menu but the person behind the counter wasn't super helpful. Additional, I was the only person in the restaurant but they insisted I take a pager with me to my table. Sure enough when my food was ready, he paged the pager despite the fact that I was 5 feet away and he could have just said 'your order is ready to me'. So overall I'll go back but with multiple people eating to get some options to share, but I'll definitely take out and bring back home.

Momo2Go brings the vibrant flavors of Nepali street food to its diverse menu, with multiple locations offering the authentic momo experience. We opted for the Delhi Masala and Malai momos, and if you’re up for a kick, spicing up the Delhi momos is a flavorful choice. The restaurant, bustling with patrons, prompted us to enjoy our meal in the car, and it was noticed that some solo diners occupied larger tables, limiting available seating. Suggesting a timed dining period could enhance the experience for everyone, ensuring more guests can savor the dine-in atmosphere. Despite the seating challenge, our Delhi Masala momos were a delightful burst of flavor, served piping hot. The Malai momos offered a distinct flavor palette with a yogurty creamy curry. Overall, indulging in this cuisine provides a fascinating glimpse into different cultures. Our server, efficient and kind, added to the positive experience. Momo2Go is certainly a recommendation for those seeking to explore and appreciate the rich tapestry of Nepali street food.

The food here is straight out delish, guys! We love the plenty of availability in Veggie options like we love the Steamed momos the best, especially with their Spicy Mayo, sesame & hot sauce. Apart from that we also liked the Delhi Masala Momos, Tandoori & Chili Momos, Malai Masala Momos, Tandoori Soya Chaap, and the Veg Chow Mein and fried rice are too good. I didn't like the Mumbai Masala Momos. I am a vegetarian so tried everything veg here. The place is too compact though and would be nice if they expanded a little to accommodate more diners. However, I didn't like the service in take-out where they did not apply the sauces to the steamed momos upon request, instead we had to do it ourselves and that was not convenient at all for us coz we were traveling and the whole point of take-out was to simply be able to eat packed food. But since the food is simply delicious, I am still going to get it every time :) Must try! Thank you!

Awful Service and Unprofessional Staff

I drove 25 minutes to this store today because we love their food. I ordered 2 fried chicken momos, 1 steamed chicken momo, and 2 chicken chow meins. When I got there, they told me to wait 20 minutes, then asked me to wait another 15 minutes. After patiently waiting, I finally got the food and drove home. When I opened the bag at home, I realized the steamed chicken momo was missing.

I called the store, and the staff was not helpful at all. They wouldn’t send the missing item or give me a refund at first. So, I drove back to the store to fix the issue. The staff member who packed my food admitted it was his mistake and said he forgot to put the steamed momo in the bag. He offered to give me the missing item plus an extra item for the inconvenience. I agreed, but when he went to get the food, he took a long time and I saw other staff members laughing and acting like it was a joke.

One lady, who had been rude on the phone earlier, started arguing with me, saying they couldn’t give me an extra item, even though she had said on the phone they would. She wouldn’t listen to me and kept being rude, even though other staff members were telling her to stop. They wouldn’t even give me their names or numbers of the higher authorities when I asked. When I asked to talk to the manager the lady said “There is nothing like a manager here.” And later she said, “I’m the manager.”

After wasting another 30 minutes of my time, I finally got the missing momo and a $12 refund. As I was leaving, the rude lady yelled at me, saying, “You are not welcome at any of our locations.” This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The staff was disrespectful, unprofessional, and didn’t take responsibility for their mistake. I will never come back and would not recommend this...

The food itself was fine, but the customer service here is unbelievably bad and completely ruins the experience. We had called ahead to place an order and very clearly mentioned that we wanted to dine in. At no point did anyone inform us that phone orders are not allowed for dine-in. When we arrived, instead of helping us or clarifying, the staff flat-out refused to let us sit and eat.

Rather than solving the issue, they kept arguing with us in a rude and dismissive manner. One staff member in particular (a girl with glasses and a nose ring) was extremely unprofessional and arrogant. After a long argument, she acted like she was doing us some sort of favor, saying we could sit at one of the tables “like they do for homeless people.” That statement alone shows the level of disrespect we faced. Obviously, after such humiliation and drama, we chose not to eat there.

The worst part is that they weren’t willing to accept any responsibility. Instead of handling things politely or offering a solution, they doubled down on their rude behavior. It was clear that customer service and hospitality are not a priority here. From what we noticed, even the owner doesn’t seem to care, because the pattern of bad reviews about poor service and lack of hospitality is already out there, and nothing has changed.

No matter how good the food may be, when a restaurant treats paying customers with such arrogance and disrespect, it’s not worth visiting. Definitely not...

Let me start with a honest review now I can last year to this place for the first time, I really like the place I give a good review of five star but today after a year or so and I return back I ordered the same menu always what I order before half of It was very nice. I was with My family and I had a guest too. I kept saying that this is the best place ever to eat monos and soya chaanps , but they put me down very badly, I ordered vegetarian momo immediately had a feeling that it wasn’t edible it was stinking badly as if the stuffing has gone bad. I guess they have been using since morning. It is about nine in the evening now I went back to complain about momos and she said all she could do is give me another plate of momos with the same filling which they have been using since morning I said what is the point of having new plate if I already have one which is not edible. so kindly give me something else let’s say noodles. I’m a regular customer here and this is what happened. She told me that she cannot do anything about it and all she could do is give me another plate of momos. I denied that I do not want to waste another plate of momos. If I couldn’t eat the first one I can’t eat the second or the third one either if they’re made out of the Same filling. this place now they have been doing this with everybody and they do not want to exchange or replace even if the food is not good. Kindly spend your money...
