McDonald's — Restaurant in Brampton

The quality of service and food here is absolutely terrible and I was just told my the manager Jassi (I think that's how you spell her name) that this is the standard at this location.

It is currently Wednesday, September 20th at 11:50AM.

I order a mcdouble sandwich only. When I took the sandwich I sat down to eat it and the whole bottom bun was clearly burnt, so burnt that when I squeezed the bun it burst into crumbs. After seeing me do this, the server at the front quickly took it back to the kitchen. At which point I heard the manager Jassi yelling at her. Yelling at the employee "it is not burnt"; I felt terrible for the poor girl. So I stepped in and told her that yes it is burnt and it's obvious. At which point she said I'm not talking to you I'm talking to my employee. I re-buttled with "yes, but I am talking to you". I said, it is burnt and the fact that you think that is acceptable to serve definitely speaks to the terrible quality at this location. If you think that it is okay to serve burnt overdone bread to your customers and then yell at your own staff when they raise the issue to you, I cannot support your business. I feel terrible for the employees who work under this incompetent manager, they are being taught how todo things the wrong way! Your manager needs to be retrained, full stop. The quality of both product and service come first, always.

The staff members responsible for drive thru orders on February 25, 2024 around 9:45am don’t have any attention to detail. We ordered 3 breakfast combos but what they handed us didn’t include any straws for the drinks, any hash browns, or any salsa for the burritos. I parked and walked inside the store to get what was missing in our order and there was just 1 family of 4 dining, so it wasn’t even busy. The drive thru wasn’t busy either. There’s no excuse to be this poor at your job, especially so early into your shift in the morning. The customer service was just as poor as the attention to detail from the girl who was taking payments at the first drive thru window. She just sticks out the card machine without greeting you, looking at you or confirming the order and price with you.

If this is the mcdonalds located inside the walmart on mississauga road, DONT GO HERE. This one of the worst mcdonalds I have ever visited. They are always screwing up your order and they take forever to make your order. It literally took them about 15 min to give me small fries and then they take forever to bag it. I asked for a 4 chicken nuggets one time and the lady gave me 4 junior chicken patties :/ thefood is always horrible and always cold. Another time I asked for a junior chicken with fries and ketchup on the side and the lady gave Me a junior chicken filled with ketchup and mayo. I hate this place. And will never becoming back.
