worst service you can ever experience at first you have to wait for the employee to come to the counter to take your order , like i literally stood there for straight five to 8 minutes waiting for the staff member to come take my order , i would have understood if the person was busy doing something but he was just standing behind the counter near fries talking to others and laughing ..and he takes my order jalepeneo burger which i thought i would be a fan of but as oppose to what they advertised the burger had no jalepeneo sauce in it it was like a dot of sauce ..." disgusting taste of it " i can literally count lettuce pieces in it .. i mean you talk about spice and there is nothing spicy in it ... i feel they don't care how a customer would feel if they get this kind of service from such a big chain of food. i have tried to contact mcdonalds but my emails wont go thru .. here are two pictures of what i got instead of what they advertise... if it had atleast some spice i would have been happy but it was sweet fcukin burger ...

McDonald's Canada they tend always make my order wrong and to correct that they give me a free coupon , i mean is that what i am there for ? when would you understand that a free coupon is not gonna make a difference.
anyways they sent it to me at home and i thought maybe they want to make a better impression so i go inside to use the coupon the manager was so kind to let me use the coupon for a breakfast meal instead of using it for lunch or dinner time as the cashier said .
but while giving my order i clearly said i want a egg n sausage bagel whole grain with a hot chocolate if you can do it . the manager was such a nice lady and gave me what i ordered but i realized when at home that this is not even my order they gave me a wrong bagel with bacon .
i mean isnt this was the reason you gave me a coupon in the first place ,?

Read moreIf I could provide this location a zero star for today , I would. I arrived at the location, inside has many people waiting for their order, outside there are people waiting for their order. They looked like a so frantic inside. I ordered on mobile app 8 mins before arriving, expected to be able to just quickly pick up my order and go. Got late for work as not only did I not get to pick up my order within a few minutes but I had to ask them a few times and they couldn't figure it out. I waited 20 mins inside for my order. Finally jasmine (one of the employees) said she will take care of it herself. Manager was not communicating with the team as much as she should have been. One late wearing a head set in the area that places food into bags with white or blonde hair (wish I knew name) had the the worse customer service from all, she had the nerve to tell one customer that waited in his car outside for 15 mins and finally came in to ask.. "you have to wait, we are busy!" With tremendous attitude that was extremely unneeded. It is obvious to everyone that you are busy, I am sure it isn't news that you are as it is morning time and everyone is coming for coffee and breakfast for you to say that is disrespectful. You work in customer service, your priority should be customer service, if you were not all organized that morning, not customer fault! It is the job of the supervisor and the manager to have the team work as a team! Regardless everyone has bad days, you should never react like that. You should have the respect and patience to apologize to customers and let them know that you care about them and that you are all trying your best and that unfortunately today, you are all tremendously busy! After like almost half hour of wait inside for a mobile order, they ended up giving me my order with zero apologize. Manager did not apologize for wait with anyone! Read moreToday on December 15th, 2024, Sunday, I went to grab coffee with my family from this location somewhere between 8:15 PM - 8:20 PM. There was this Indian girl taking order at the drive-through who was quite rude and mannerless by both her tone of speaking and communication skills. We needed to order a medium double double and two medium iced coffees one regular and other with extra base but this girl was so bad at her job that there is no limit. When my brother was ordering he asked for a medium double double and she said sorry and my brother repeated himself to which she replied I already know, like are you serious you literally asked him to repeat by saying sorry. Then we asked for one regular iced coffees, one with extra base total two of them but miss oversmart was so oversmart that she didn’t even listen to it properly and cut the line. Plus her rude tone worked as a seasoning. As a result, our order was messed up, no base was added in iced coffee and it wasn’t even mixed properly. We did complain about her on the window where we received our order to some other girl and she said she’ll inform her manager but I wasn’t quite sure if they’re gonna take actions against their talentless and mannerless employee so I decided to leave this review. A business can only survive if they have high parameters as service providers for which they need to hire professional employees with excellent communication skills not someone oversmart who acts like customers are forcing her to work. Girl you are getting paid for it, you ain’t serving us for free, we are paying for your service.
