Moga's Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

I had a very unpleasant time at this location. My girlfriend had always told me about this place so I finally decide to go just before 11 on a Thursday (keep in mind they close at midnight). I walk in and ask if there are any slices left and the person behind the counter said there were two. I asked how much just for ONE slice and he told me $4. I decide to get the slice. I later notice the price on the menu showing one slice for $1.90 so I ask why he said $4. He said it was for the two slices when I only asked for th one slice. He says how one slice is small and I said that’s fine then tell him how I only want one slice and he pretty much just tells me how he cannot give me one slice he can only sell me two because of some “combo”. He then says he can refund my order. So I ask so are you going to just sell me the one slice then and proceeds to tell me how he still can’t sell me one slice. Out of frustration and hunger I tel him never mind and leave. On my drive home (I could be wrong aboiut this) but I thought I saw the “combo” came with a drink... which I did not get (once again I could have read the sign wrong). Either way, super dissatisfied with my visit and I don’t think I’ll be returning to a place with such “wonderful”...

Worst staff at all worst I have seen in Brampton only, she wont tell her name as an employee for behaving or talking on phone rudely, You are in Canada mate not in India anymore, employees have there name tag at front and If I asked your name ! You are saying why I should tell me my name ? Yes, because I need to complaint for your behaviour, easy ! Simple wear a name tag on your t-shirt or shirt so that If I have to complain about someone so I can do, but you will show your attitude! Nice 👍🏼 I appreciate If anyone wants to make their time or day worst please call them or visit this store, they are perfect to make it. These new students or so, dont know how to behave with a customer and they probably assume as they are the owner rofl. 🤣 Please dont change Canada to a different country we gave our life and effort to build this country please dont ruin it. First and last time coming here. I came in on December 22, ordering the "Holiday Special", which was advertised on a giant billboard outside the plaza entrance. The deal was for a 1 topping party square pizza with a dipping sauce for $11.49. After we ordered they rang up the bill and we were charged full price for the pizza. We told the guy at the front that the price outside says $11.49. He insisted that there was no special and that he can only give it to us for $12.49. We showed him a photo on our phone of the sign that we took on the way in and he called us liars and said that photo was from the summer! We ended up leaving, very angry and disappointed. The situation was very unprofessionally handled and the way he spoke to us was completely rude. Overall horrible customer service and false advertising! For those reasons I will never come...
