Excellent Food and Exceptional Customer Service!
I had the pleasure of dining at Nandos Brampton with my family today, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The food was simply outstanding - the flavors were vibrant, the portions were generous, and every bite was a true delight.
The Food We started off with the signature Peri-Peri chicken, which was cooked to perfection, with a delightful blend of spices that tantalized our taste buds. The chicken was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. We also tried the Halloumi sticks, which were a delightful surprise - the perfect balance of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
For the main course, we indulged in a variety of dishes, including the Chicken Butterfly, the Veggie Burger, and the Macho Peas. Each dish was expertly prepared, with the flavors complementing each other beautifully. The Chicken Butterfly was a standout, with its succulent meat and the perfect amount of seasoning.
The Service But what truly made our dining experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service provided by Pallavi. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that set the tone for the entire evening. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met.
Pallavi's attention to detail and her willingness to accommodate our requests were truly impressive. She made sure that our food was served promptly and that we were satisfied with every aspect of our meal.
Overall In conclusion, I highly recommend Nandos Brampton to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience. The food is outstanding, and the customer service is second to none. Pallavi's exceptional service and the overall quality of the experience have earned Nandos Brampton a well-deserved 5-star rating from me. I can't wait to return and enjoy another...

So to start I will say this place seems to have had a renovation since I was a regular years ago and is a lot more suited for dine-in now. The staff were very friendly and kind. The girl who took my order allowed me to sample the lemonaide before ordering which was very kind. I opted for pop since they were free refill. The chicken is incredible and why I came here. It has not skipped a beat and has incredible flavour. I love that they have a wall of bottled sauce(mild/med/hot) so you can take a bottle or 2 of your choice to your table for extra sauce. I ordered half chicken dinner with 2 sides. Sad they no longer have peri wedges but the fries are great especially with some peri mayo on the side(not sure if I was charged or not so ask ahead). The rice was served warm not hot and was sort of dry. It was however full of flavour so I think it's worth a try. Where things got bad was my order of Garlic bread which was $5. As you can see in the photos it is a single bun(which can be had at a bakery for 30 cents) with some garlic butter on it. This is truly sad and not what I once remembered. I always came here for the g-bread in past as the bread is great and flavour good but this was appalling. DO NOT ORDER. not worth it. Now, I made a point to bring this up with my server as I wasn't going to pay $5 for a bun with some butter on it. She got her supervisor and after me explaining I wouldn't pay we negotiated a 2nd portion for free( I felt that was a fair portion for $5) This was however after she called a manager on the phone. She explained it's a head office decision and not the restaurants(they are a chain).
She was very kind and courteous. The entire staff was very attentive and helpful and in fact had I not had the issue with the g-bread this would absolutely be a 5 star review.

My recent visit to Nando's was, for the most part, a fantastic dining experience, with just a minor hiccup to note:
Family Platter Excellence: Our choice of the family platter proved to be an excellent decision.
Mouthwatering Whole Chicken: The star of the show was undeniably the whole chicken. It was incredibly delicious, boasting that signature Nando's flavor that keeps us coming back for more.
A Minor Snag with Skewers: The only slight disappointment was the chicken skewers. They were a tad overcooked and lacked the usual Nando's zest. But in the grand scheme of things, this was a tiny snag in an otherwise stellar meal.
Sides that Surprised: The large sides truly lived up to their name – they were generously sized. The peri-fries were a delightful surprise, perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The coleslaw was refreshingly fresh, providing a nice contrast. The garlic bread also didn't disappoint.
Exceptional Service: The icing on the cake was the exceptional service. The attentive servers regularly checked in on us, making sure we were enjoying our meal and promptly attending to our needs.
Inviting Ambiance: Nando's provided a warm and inviting ambiance that made our family gathering all the more enjoyable.
Convenient Parking: Lastly, the ample, free parking right outside the restaurant was the cherry on top, making our visit hassle-free.
In summary, our Nando's experience was a true culinary delight, with just a minor hiccup regarding the skewers. The whole chicken and sides were superb, and the service was top-notch. With its inviting ambiance and ample parking, Nando's remains a top choice for a memorable...
