Read moreYesterday i ordered from app for pickup at about 10:15 p.m. and when i went there i asked girl on front to put some extra garlic sauce as I didn’t get option in app for extra sauce but she started arguing with me that she is just gonna do as the order is….i even told her that i can pay you for that extra sauce but she was getting rude and completely ignoring my request and even didn’t wear gloves and was touching stuff everywhere…such behaviour in customer services job is not tolerable…time for osmows to hire a proper trained staff who will understand customers demand and fulfill it rather than arguing over small things…when i told her that other staff always put extra if i request and then she started saying just give me their names…i am gonna complaint to my manager….please provide proper customer service training to your staff and ask them to go get a life rather than arguing over these things
