Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Brampton

This location has disappointed me for the 4th time. The Bigger Punjabi girl has the most unattractive attitude, not to mention horrible customer service. The lady did not close the large container properly and also put it in slanted and it ended up spilling every where in in the bag. Because she had a bad attitude from before this instance I can only assume she knew this may of happened. When I took it back and she pushed it right back at me and denied. All she had to do was a simple task but she had to speak to 3 other employees on top of That call the manger just to replace my food. I did not even eat or have time to eat from it I’m not making up anything which was obvious instead of fixing the issue they gave me a hard time this is not good customer service this is not how u get return customers and build a business. When I asked for her name she rolled her eyes at me and deliberately ignored me. This location is the worst there is and needs to be shut down or be sold to a professional businessman that knows how to run a food chain. This is the worst branch to eat osmows in brampton when i came first time to have chicken on the rock the lady didnt put any rice to chicken when i aksed her she said u have tob tell add rice i thought maybe she is new thats ok i happens sometimes . The next time i came at my lunch brake for chicken on the rocks they gave me burnt chicken it was hard like a rock i was in hury coz my brake was almost over so i didnt bother to ask them nd today is the my 3 rd nd last visit to this branch i asked lady for chicken shwrma wrap first she made chicken on the rocks when i told her i ordered wrap she said ok the other lady made the wrap nd when came out to eat that in my car i took out wrap all the sauce was driping out frm wrap to my cothes nd it wasnt even wrapped properly it was totally open frm one side nd all the stuff was droping out .im a reguoar customer of osmows and I have tired all the branches of osmows in brampton brisdale one , kenedy&sandalwood & finch one i never had any kind of issue or complaint with them but these guys certainly need a new staff or they are in wrong buisness. If I could give this Osmow's location a rating less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a chicken on the rocks, brought it all the way home only to open it up and realize that they put no sauces on it. I literally had a plate with just rice and chicken...I was very very disappointed. My sister had to go back and get a new plate made while her own wrap got cold and soggy, then had to argue with them about their customer service and lack of common sense. I've visited many Osmow's before (John St. - Toronto, Streetsville - Mississauga, Chrysler Dr. - Brampton, Sandalwood - Brampton) and they are all consistent, however this is BY FAR the worst experience I have had. I'm just happy neither of us got food poisoning as apparently that is a real concern with this location from what I have read from past reviews. If I had read these reviews before ordering I would have traveled the extra distance to a more capable Osmow's location. I sincerely hope that Osmow's head office gets involved and does...
