Poor customer service. Chicken wrap bread was hard like I am chewing a rubber, I ask no pickles , they added turnip pickles. I came home started eating and realized these things are wrong. I went back and was denied any wrong in the order. Even the bread : I was told they have sold 100s of wrap today and no one came back. They were ignorant of the fact that any bread can go wrong anytime not necessary all 10 wraps will be bad. I asked for change, got denied, refund got denied and 3 different employees touch my wrap and asked to take it back - assuming they wanted me to eat it
Unfortunately I lost it and turned the wrap on the counter , which I am sorry for.
I am really hoping their store owner comes across this review. In covid when people are buying and trusting them they turned me down, a valid complaint I have ever made in my takeaway history and first review of any restaurant here I am posting.
Cherry on the cake: when I took the original order they didn't gave me the receipt of the order. Seems like they were trying to deceive since at the time of order.

Also your team is blaming me for being loud, when everyone is wearing mask and it's loud in the store. generally you have to speak up to make you heard. Also the customer who got involved - I understand his concern and appreciate his feedback and try to hold a conversation nicely.
It doesn't change the fact that food was bad and i left my dinner table to go for exchange. Nobody sane, would just walk in for second time and leave the kids n meal to break up a fight with your stores to create a scene. As an owner I accepted some professional reply something look different than a cashier approach.
Have some common sense and train your employees them to understand the situation.
If 100 C's didn't came back then you should be Thank full and respect who came back because they paid through hard earned money as front lines like your own staff.

Very poor response from an owner to blame your own customer who you rely on. Instead you may have chose to offer assistance and acknowledge that's things happened we can move on and offer you a replacement meal or simply apologize.
I can't win or change your way of thinking towards C's in one review. But thanks for reading n best of luck with your hardly 'earned' money.

Read moreI called at about 11:20 to place and order for about ten people. The manager was quite nice about it and guided me as to how much I would need. The initial experience was perfectly fine and the owner/manager told me that the food would be ready to be picked up by 5. In my previous experience with Osmows, I felt that I'd go around 5:20 to give them the extra time to prep because I didn't want to wait around. When I got there, the girl at the register told me that I had probably ordered at the wrong location. This irked me because I would like to think I'm not unintelligent enough to order at one location and come to pick up at another, I still gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited h till she asked her colleagues what to do and I then specified that I had ordered in the morning if that helped her. She giggled and told me that it's her mistake. Then they had no idea what I had ordered until one employee pulled out a sheet and said he had the managers orders written down. They then proceeded to tell me it wasn't ready and to wait ten minutes. Then she punched in the order and the order for a large rice came out to 45 dollars upon which they told me they didn't have a large tray so they would give me two medium trays. However the price remained at 45 just for the rice. When I asked them why they told me because I had two large orders of rice (two large sizes in medium trays apparently). the manager had told me I would need one large so I wrote it off to the incompetency of the staff. When they brought out the medium tray I said I would only require one of those because 45 for rice makes no sense (my total order at this point was sitting at 101). By this point I had lost my temper so I told them I don't understand why an order that was supposed to be ready at 5 still wasn't ready. The employee then looked at me with attitude and said 'where were you at 5 then? It's 5:30..'.he had he audacity to tell me I was late when my order that had been ordered SIX HOURS earlier wasn't ready. To top it off, when they punched in the one medium rice the price dropped to $67 from 101. So they were charging me 34 extra dollars for one apparent medium tray of rice. Most disgusting experience I've ever had with the utmost incompetent employees who have NO idea what they're doing. Read moreMy first time ever going to an Osmow's restaurant, and sadly my last time. I arrived at 4:30pm Tues Feb 28th. Ordered two Ozbox Beef Shawarma specials and a Ozbox Chicken Shawarma. The lady at the counter asked me what spice level I wanted, being the first time there I asked for Mild because my kids were going to eat it also. When I got home, my girlfriend immediately noticed all the hot sauce and tasted it, and they were WAY too spicy for the kids, even too spicy for her. I called the restaurant to alert them about the error and it was too spicy to eat. The lady mentioned there wasn't much they could do, but add more garlic sauce. I said that didn't make sense and that I was coming back to the restaurant. When I got there, there was not a single apology, the manager looked at the meals and said I got what I ordered. He then said, in an arrogant manner, that he doesn't have to do anything to correct MY mistake, but offered to scrape off the meat and put new meat on the rice with no hot sauce. I responded that they weren't going to bother remaking the whole thing, the salads were getting soggy, it had been 30+mins since I ordered. I was completely shocked at his response and terrible customer service. I told them to throw the 3 meals in the garbage, and I would never come back again. We wasted $45 on a meal we couldn't eat. I ended up having to get McDonalds to feed my family. What a disappointment. In hindsight, I wish I took photos of what we were served, but I just assumed they would correct the meal.
