I've been a regular and loyal customer of Osmow's at Financial Dr., Brampton, but today’s experience left me extremely disappointed and concerned. I ordered my usual 1/2 fries and 1/2 chicken on the rocks. While eating, I bit into something unexpectedly hard—at first I thought it was part of the meal, but it turned out to be an odd, stone-like substance.

I’ve taken photos of the object and honestly, it was not only shocking but also quite upsetting. The item was so hard it could have caused serious dental damage. This is not something I ever expected from a brand like Osmow’s, especially given the standards they usually uphold.

I’m sharing this review not out of anger, but because I genuinely hope the management takes this seriously. Quality checks must be stricter to ensure nothing like this ends up in someone’s food again. I really hope this gets addressed...

Had a really bad experience at this location. Ordered a beyond meat on the rocks and was completely thrown off when I brought home the food and it was chicken. Completely inexcusable! I typically don't write reviews to this extent but this was so carless from the shop that it needs to be made aware. Better training is needed. Osmos confessed to messing up the order and all that but myself and my wife were quite upset. Offering to fix that isn't good enough. We're vegetarian and follow that religiously. The fact the wrong order was given means we brought home meat and were only able to tell after a bite was taken that it was chicken and not vegetarian. Disgusting that Osmos can let this happen. Imagine if there was an allergy involved. Imagine you ordered a Falafal and got lamb instead or ordeted a salad but chicken piece fell in...completely...
