So far I've been to Street Bitez on Main St. 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times it's been good. The food tastes really nice and their Malai Veg Momo is one of my new favorite snacks to get. However, my visit today at 12:45pm was not as great as it was before. My Malai Veg Momo was well-made and tasted great and the male server who took my order was very quick and very friendly, but rather than let me decide whether to tip him or not and how much to tip, he took the debit machine faster than I could even move my hand to touch it and he gave himself a tip without asking. It was, thankfully, the lowest tip option and I decided not to make a fuss about it since I like to be kind and tip when I can, but he didn't give me a choice. At the speed he moved to take the machine from me and press all the "OK" buttons on my behalf, I suspect this employee has done this many times before. Other employees I have dealt with at Street Bitez have never done this. $12.99 for 8 Momo is already quite a lot, plus tax brings it up to $14, plus the tip the employee so graciously gave himself put my meal over $16. I understand inflation is affecting food costs for businesses, but with how high the prices at Street Bitez already can be, I would hope that they pay their employees enough to not need to forcefully take extra money from customers without their consent. I'm hesitant to return to Street Bitez after this - I'd prefer to take the time to learn how to make their food at home rather than be taken advantage of and be left $16 out of pocket for such...
Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a cashier. A girl named Simran was working at the front today.
My friend and I walked in, and at first she didn’t even bother to attend to us. I didn’t mind right away, thinking maybe she was giving us time to de cide. But after 2 to 3 minutes, she finally came over, only to just stand there silently without asking for our order.
When I asked if the wrap included tomatoes, she didn’t speak, only nodded. I had to repeat myself multiple times to clarify whether it was a yes or no. Finally, she just said “no.” Later, I asked if they accepted AmEx, since some places don’t, and again she only nodded with no clarity. After I repeated myself several times, she said “no” again. My friend tried paying with AmEx, and it went through with no problem.
This whole interaction was incredibly frustrating. Her attitude came across as careless, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Customers deserve clear communication and basic courtesy, and this experience had...

If you're looking for an explosion of flavor and a unique twist on Indian cuisine, Street Bitez is an absolute must-try! This spot truly elevates street food to another level.
I can't stop thinking about their Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It's a masterpiece - perfectly cooked chicken with an incredible crunch, nestled in a soft bun, and bursting with aromatic Indian spices. It's a fusion dream come true. And to wash it all down, the Ferrero Milkshake is pure indulgence. Rich, creamy, and decadent, it's the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal.
The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, and the service is excellent. Whether you're a fan of Indian food or just looking for something new and exciting, Street Bitez will...
